Good Points: pleasant scenic site for the hotel. room was clean and reception friendly. good restaurant next door
Bad Points: allocated a room for disabled with open shower and low washhandbasin in bathroom. also room had only a double bed
Further Comments: would have liked to have been able to book a room with a kingsize bed as shown on website without the disabled facilities. when queried reception said there were only smoking rooms left. I was under the impression that smoking was banned in all premises.

Good Points: aparcamiento amplio, desayuno bueno siempre podria ser mejor. Calidad precio muy bueno, no se puede pedir mￃﾡs por el precio.
Bad Points: Mￃﾡs canales en la TV, a diferencia de otros paￃﾭses. Por lo general todo perfecto

Good Points: Reception staff cheerful and friendly. Clean cut and simple layout of room. Nice touch to have welcome message on TV and always grateful to have coffee/tea available in room
Bad Points: Breakfat room a little cramped when full and breakfat might have ofeerd more in the way of perhaps meat or cheese for that price. Also for people travelling a small fridge in the room would have been useful.
Further Comments: Overall impression very good and would be happy to stay again. It is good that you take residents' views into account by using a questionnaire such as this. Thank you. Richard Smart

Good Points: It was available when we wanted it - there were no other twin bedded rooms available in Stirling
Bad Points: The distance from the town centre and lack of choice of local eating places.
Further Comments: I would have liked to know that the hotel was someway from the town centre on the edge of an unattractive business park. The accommodation was adequate but not particularly comfortable. I did not like the fact that there was only one pillow on each bed. The reception did arrange for another one to be made available as soon as we asked though. The continental breakfast was adequate and plentiful but rather uninspired. Had I paid the full rack rate I would not have felt that it was good value for money. Happily, I had booked via the net and paid a discounted price The shaver socket and the hair dryer in our room did not work and we reportrd this to reception.

Further Comments: Room was excellant. Extra requirements made at booking were provided. Staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel. Close to town centre without the town noise.Booking process was quick and efficient via Activehotels. Iwould use this e again and recommend to friends.

Good Points: The room was extrememly clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the best buffet continental yet.
Bad Points: would be good to have a fridge although ice machine available. Also would be good to have air conditioning as it was very stuffy at night.
Further Comments: The hotel was very good and right next to a restaurant which was convenient. All the hotel facilities were as we expected and we were impressed by the size of the rooms. Air conditioning would be an advantage as the hotel does get stuffy at night. But overall positive experience.

Further Comments: The staff were helpful with calling a taxi for us, to take us to the town centre & castle. Also, giving us directions to avoid that J9 island. We were travelling on the scenic route to Dingwall, via Fort William. The staff recommended the hungry horse next door for our evening meal. It was very enjoyable. I was especially pleased to find that the hotel has designated smoking rooms. The rooms were very good, with tea/coffee making facilities. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Further Comments: We did not get ground floor adjoining rooms as requested. We had a disabled person with us who will not use a lift. Good food available within two minutes walk.......

Good Points: nice surroundings, friendly staff, clean and tidy room
Bad Points: when we checked in, the staff at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing !! ie 10 -15 minutes to check in .
Further Comments: Apart from the confusing check in , the stay at the hotel was very pleasant . nice and relaxing, warm and friendly staff.
