Good Points: Comfortable, bright, well set out room
Bad Points: dirty cups on the refreshment tray
Further Comments: easy to find from the moptorway, great directions. quick service on arrival. bright and cheerful room. close to good pub/restaurant.

Good Points: Good breakfast choice and very friendly staff.
Bad Points: Would have preferred a smoking room
Further Comments: we were visiting family in the area and the hotel was sitauted very close to the motorway network. The check in was simple and very fast as we had travelled over 400 miles to get there and it was great not to have to wait around but were able to go straight to our room and freshen up. The breakfast times also suited us as we could have breakfast at 10 am and did not have to rush in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will certainly use this hotel again.

Good Points: customer service, the gentleman with the shaven head was very friendly
Further Comments: being a bit petty, breakfast was veggie, there was no toast/bread/sausages/ham/non veggie, there was only croissants, fruits,coffee and cereal and milk???

Further Comments: The very best thing about this hotel is the staff. I don't believe I've ever stayed in a hotel with a friendlier, more helpful staff. These people went out of their way more than once and went far and above the call of duty to see that we had a happy stay in Stirling at Christmas time.

Good Points: Good clean room and the breakfast was first class. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Further Comments: We enjoyed the room and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the facilities were excellent for an overnight stay. We both felt that the breakfast was excellent and overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Good Points: Great parking and breakfast. Efficient services and very friendly welcome.
Further Comments: Staff were very helpful with all requests. Spacious and very clean room. Out of town, but quiet. Food across the road was excellent - variety and good value.
