Good Points: Excellent and efficient
Bad Points: None .. maybe having to transport baggage all the way through reception when another entry would be good (minor gripe)

Good Points: clean, efficient, helpful staff, good breakfast.
Bad Points: Unable to sleep because of persistent noise from what sounded like a pump or a fan.

Good Points: It was spacious and very clean.
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the room was excellent, thought the breakfast was expensive, could do with it not being as expensive for us it would have cost ﾣ20 and I think that is a lot. Especially if you are on a budget, buy one get one free would be a good idea for a 2 night stay or more.

Good Points: The price was right for what we got
Bad Points: The room was clean and as they are all much the same you know exactly what your getting
Further Comments: The only problem we had this time was that as it was so close to Christmas the hotel was very full and there was no room in the resturant.
