Bad Points: Would have liked satelite TV (only 4 channels available) internet only accessable through the telephone line which didn't connect - no wi/fi
Further Comments: I was delighted to be upgraded free of charge, the room was clean & comfortable with good facilities available. The staff were friendly & courteous. The food was superb & very reasonably priced - I would book here again if ever in the area...

Bad Points: A SLIGHT DIFFICULTY WITH THE SHOWER SETTINGS BUT THE JACCUZI WAS GREAT.
Further Comments: THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE AMBIENCE QUIET, COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED. THE LOUNGE AREAS WERE LARGE ENOUGH TO RELAX WITH NEW FOUND ACQUAINTANCES FOR TEA COFFEE AND PRE AND AFTER DINNER DRINKS. THE RESTAURANT FACILITIES WERE EXCELLENT, THE MENUS VARIED WITH A GREAT WINE LIST, THE FOOD SUPERBLY COOKED AND PRESENTED.

Further Comments: The presence of a swimming pool was my main reason for picking the hotel. As hotel pools go it was a reasonable size, but rather too shallow at the shallow end. The evening meal seemed to take a long time to be prepared, but was pretty good. The following morningm, when I asked for breakfast to be prepared quickly it was. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. It would have been useful to have had a clock in the room that was visible with the lights out. I'd also have liked to have known that breakfast was included in the price.
