Bad Points: Lost lights once due to fuse blowing. Cable TV system (TV or Qwest) was difficult to keep working consistently

Good Points: Could not fault rooms at all. Excellent facilities.
Bad Points: One thing we would of liked more was lights while doing hair and make up but that is only a minor thing.
Further Comments: Overall very impressive staff could not of done enough for the 22 of us. We had a great time everyone very impressed with the standard of the rooms. The breakfast items they gave us were a real treat. Thanks for a lovely stay we would all recommend staying at Knights Residence to any of our friends.

Further Comments: we had a wonderful time and would stay there again in a minute! The staff were all a big help and very nice and the location is excellent! we had 4 adult children with us and the apartment arrangement was far superior to a typical hotel room. thanks so much and we hope to be back! p.s. do you have similar apartments in other countries??

Good Points: Good standards throughout, clean, well managed and good value.
Bad Points: Bathroom tiles not to same `quality` as the rest of the appartment. I know - picky!
Further Comments: Would I stay again? Absolutely. The hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh. Secure parking (included in price) is a great bonus. Internet access (also included) is easy to use with no annoying login. Everything worked as it should. Furniture is of a good standard (admittedly not Sheraton!). That being said, why only `good` value for money? Well, I would not want it to cost any more next time...

Good Points: Welcomed very well. Christopher showed us around the apartment and ensured we were happy with all before he left.
Further Comments: The apartments are in a great location and within easy walking distance of the city centre.There are some great restaurants locally and the convience of a cinema and supermarket. We were amazed that although the apartments are situated in a lively area, there was no noise disturbance on any occassion. This was especially noticable on the night that Scotland beat France and yet no street noise.
