Good Points: close proximity to manchester airport
Bad Points: Hotel appeared a little tired
Further Comments: We chose this hotel because of the transfer bus to the airport for an early morning flight. We ascertained the bus departure time the night before - but when we came down to reception (on time!) in the morning we were informed by the receptionist in a very off-hand manner that the bus had left and that we would just have to get a taxi. This added some ￂﾣ18 on to the cost of a mediocre stay at the hotel.

Further Comments: We have stayed at this hotel before & are always please with them. This time we were staying on return from our holidays after a late flight. However our flight was delayed 23hrs and on contacting the hotel they were very accomadating and transferred our booking (at their suggestion) to the following night, our car was in their car park aswell and none of this was any trouble to them and the changes were handled extremely well

Further Comments: The heating was not working on our first night - Sat3 Feb - it was fixed the next day but it was still did not appear to be functioning right - radiator luke warm rather than hot!

Bad Points: HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR A CEASAR SALAD (ROOM SERVICE)

Good Points: The room was furnished well and was spotless. The evening meal was nice. and the staff were helpfull.
Further Comments: We only stayed one night which included car parking and airport transfers, but the experience made our overall holiday stressfree and we will definately use this hotel again.

Good Points: the rooms are big and comfortable,and the brekfast is excelent..a big variety of food for everyone
Bad Points: the bathroom was quite small.
Further Comments: the hotel was confortable and quite, i could really rest from the exosting trip i had, the reception was helpful with all my requests, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. and of course value for money while it was near the airoport and it was cheap.

Good Points: Bar & Restaurant has nice atmosphere. Duty Manager Tom, very efficient & professional.
Bad Points: Bathroom has mold, very unappealing. Reception could be trained better to deal with accommodating special requests, as there is NO hard and fast rules when it comes to pleasing a guest!
Further Comments: Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, and has a shuttle bus service which can be ordered from reception.

Good Points: Very fiendly staff.
Bad Points: Only one comfortable chair in the room for two people. Th room was very hot,even with the radiator switched off.
