Good Points: Everything was very good, room clean, shower excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent
Bad Points: nothing everything was very good
Further Comments: The Mill was easy to find and in a beautiful location, just wished we had more time to spend there and enjoy it.

Good Points: Location
Bad Points: unfortunally flush on toilet didnt work, kindly got put into a different room for the first night. 2nd night toliet still didnt flush properly!! & pressure on the shower was very poor!
Further Comments: Apart from the bathroom... Excellent, staff friendly, breakfast fantasic and beautifull location!

Good Points: The location was good. Room comfortable. Good value for money
Bad Points: Shower not very powerful
Further Comments: The staff were informative and extremely helpful. Breakfast excellent. Ideal location for Bath and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.

Good Points: The rooms were clean,a good selection of esentials were provided, we had some lovely views from our room.
Bad Points: The only let down was that the bar was not open when we returned to the hotel in the evening at 12.15 It would have been nice to have relaxed in the bar, even without a drink but we were told that it was locked and could not be opened, so we had to go to our rooms.

Good Points: Check in staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and reasonably priced. The setting of the hotel was wonderful.
Further Comments: It would have been good to know the travelling time to the centre as well as the mileage as this would have made it an easier choice. The information on the web site does not do the hotel justice in that it is such a tranquil setting but is still only 10 minutes from the centre.

Further Comments: Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed but we stayed in the lodge and rooms were a little small but adequate for what you want for a weekend break. Food was also good. Taxi into Bath was only seven pounds, well worth it to save hassle of finding somewhere to park. Bath is a lovely city and would definatly recommend a visit to the Roman Baths

Further Comments: The hotel was excellent but we found the restaurant less than we expected. The trifle ordered for dessert was as hard as a rubber ball. Didn't complain because, as a recovering cancer sufferer there was no alternative on the menu that my pallette could cope with and this may be the way that trifle is made in Bath. Would probably go elsewhere to eat, but overall the food was very nice.

Good Points: Location - it would have been nice to stay there as a mini-break
Bad Points: Not about the accommodation but I would probably stay in the hotel next time
Further Comments: I like the Hotel, only problem is the traffic into Bath was horrendous and therefore I was late for my meeting (this for once was not an issue). That is not your fault I must stress.

Good Points: The location was scenic and quiet. with good local hostelries.
Bad Points: The decor was not to my taste and the room was on the small side and Our room could have done with double glazing as there was noise from the weir on the river and road traffic noise.
Further Comments: The staff and hotel was pleasant enough and the food was good. Access to Bath using public transport was excellant. The location was scenic and quiet. With good local hostelries. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the Old Mill again.

Bad Points: Water pressure in shower low, and on second morning of stay water was cold! Still shower did at least wake me up. Also shower room a little cramped - couldn't imagine how an overweight person would manage to sit on toilet!
Further Comments: Overall a pleasant experience, would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. Staff extremely efficient and friendly and food excellent.
