Good Points: The room was adequate for our one night stay . Bathroom was nice and clean as was all bedding.
Bad Points: Lack of parking and bar meals available due to private party. Television kept going off !
Further Comments: The breakfast was good considering the relatively cheap price we paid.There was a wedding reception on in the evening which we were told about upon checking in. This meant no parking in the hotel csrpark, no bar meals being served and loud music until midnight.

Good Points: ground floor with adequate facilities
Bad Points: bedding was strange with no covers on duvets which were on the small side, pillows were too soft and the room was too hot even with the radiator turned off.
Further Comments: the first room we were shown smelled of damp and we noted that the previous occupant had left the same comment on a questionaire which had not been removed by the cleaning staff. We were immediately given an alternative room which was ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a delight with a good selection, well cooked, presented and served.

Good Points: Comfortable, warm, clean, Tea and coffee in the morning.
Bad Points: Internet access was not received in the bedroom we were allocated , and the shower had very little power,... sorry.
Further Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The room was warm fresh and clean, and the tea coffee facilities were much appreciated. Thank you for the first class breakfast the following morning, and to the staff in the dining room. They were very kind and helpful. The car park was well lit at night which gave us peace of mind .

Good Points: Adequate size room with plenty of wardrobe space and large bathroom.
Bad Points: The double bed was pushed up against the internal wall therefore access from one side of the bed only.
Further Comments: We were met by friendly staff and the accommodation was adequate. The dining area was pleasant and breakfast was served in a very friendly and efficient way. There was plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was cooked to order. Good value hotel with breakfast included. We would stay here again if we visited the area again.

Further Comments: the front of the hotel hides the true building, which is one of small rooms and narrow corridors. Given the price then there is little to complain about, rooms could do with modernising and better tv service. Bed linen was stained and the bed had seen better days. Breakfast was OK, unfortunately we dined in the restaurant on one evening and the food quality was poor and the choice of vegetables did not match the meat options. No vegetarian options on the menu, although a couple were available on request

Further Comments: The overall facilities were very good. Cannot fault the politeness or helpfullness of the staff. The general cleanliness also could not be faulted with the hotel.The breakfast was also really good.

Bad Points: The bed was a bit short. I'm 6 foot 1 inch tall, so not exacttly david crouch, but my feet were off the end. only a small problem though and the bed was comfy.
