Bad Points: It was unbearably hot and stuffy over night and I could not open the window properly

Good Points: The central location and the friendly staff.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and the location was brilliant
Bad Points: The resturant was very crowded on the Sunday morning and we had to wait 40 minute just to get a tea of coffee
Further Comments: The checkin was very good and the staff were all very friendly. The location was central to the town and the instruction were easy to follow. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the only downside was the wait on the Sunday morning to be served. We would definatly stay again.

Further Comments: The staff didnt offer any kind of explanation or compensation for the fact that the bathroom facilities were so poor

Good Points: Clean comfortable and spacious room
Further Comments: Staff were very efficient and delt with any problems or questions in a professional speedy manner. I had booked a double room but mistakenly sent to a single which was one of the smallest rooms I've seen in a hotel. Bar food was distinctly bar food, surprisingly at a hotel of this star rating.

Further Comments: On arrival we were offered a ground floor room by the receptionist on seeing that one of us had mobility problems. The lady showed great tact but caring.
