Good Points: The staff were extremely friendly. Always a smile.
Bad Points: The room was very small. The shower didn't work very well.
Further Comments: I could see that a deal of refurbishment was underway. That aside, the room was spotless, if very small. The shower was no more than a trickle, although the overall standard of the bathroom was very good. The staff were superb. Very friendly, very helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast was excellent and extremely good value for money. Overall though, I would usually expect a bigger room and better facilities, but for an overnight stay it was adequate.

Further Comments: All facilities are available at the Hotel. No need to scout around town looking for a Pub or Restaurant if you arrive late. Rooms are very comfortable/clean and if you are too tired to visit the hotel bar/lounge, hot drinks can be made in the room where you can relax and watch a bit of TV before retiring for a great nights sleep.

Further Comments: The room and hotel overall were of good quality. The bath was fantastic, especially after the long ferry journey back from Amsterdam, Just what we needed. All in all a fantastic nights stay.

Good Points: the room was very clean.i liked the fact that i could make a cup of tea myself in my room. there was a tv in the room which made the evening pleasant.
Bad Points: i would have liked an oceanview room

Further Comments: This room was meant only to be an overnight stay waiting for the ferry to the hook of holland. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was still open and the pub was comfortable. The cost was very appropriate for the room I occupied.

Good Points: The room was very clean and the food in the restaurant was fantastic especially for me as I have food problems and being able to eat organic food was a major plus.
Bad Points: Not enough air, but then that is a personal thing.
Further Comments: I felt the information supplied was more than adequate. The staff always curtious and helpful made to feel very welcome.
