My booking was not in the hotel reservation system, even though it was booked online, and I had a confirmation number. There were no twin-bedded rooms available at check-in. |
| Further Comments: The above problem seemed to have occured at this hotel before, but the staff didn't seem too interested in resovling it satisfactorily.
At check-out I was then charged nearly double the original booking price, by the same person that checked me in two days earlier. She didn't seem to recognise this until I queried it. |

| Bad Points: The very noisey guests slamming the doors at all hours of the night |
| Further Comments: The access to the Hotel is severely restricted by cars parked everywhere around the entrance.The breakfast was average and the staff could have been more friendly in this area.The orange juice was too watered down,the sausages undercooked and the toast poor. |

| Further Comments: The location of the hotel was excellent, close enough for travel to and from the airport. Lovely gardens and excellent staff. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent and very good value.
The receptionist in particular was very helpful and having stayed the week previously she greeted us like old friends. |

good quality accomodation and very good value for Money. very good comprehensive breakfast |

very bad, basic pillows. bed was goodb, but as said, Pillows were used and very bad condition. Not feather pillows and very worn out. Both me and my partner mentioned this. |
