Good Points: The situation of the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff and the spa.
Bad Points: The rooms are very small - but that will be hard to change!
Further Comments: Very good - we had great difficulty in getting a drink on the first might of our stay as the staff were very busy with meals and we were not eating there on the first night. Repeated efeirts to draw the attention of a waiter were frustrating but we manage in the end. This was out of character with the rest of the service.

Good Points: Beautifully decorated and furnished. First rate staff and wonderful gym and spa facilities.
Further Comments: Wonderful place to stay - just wish it could have been longer than one night. Spa and gym were put to good use! Restaurant is beautiful and service and food were excellent. Thank you.

Good Points: Beautiful rooms,very spacious and well appointed
Bad Points: Air conditioning did not work properly in the room.Didn't like the fact that the do not disturb light was de-activated once one person left the room.This was inconvenient when one person was asleep or in the bathroom.

Further Comments: The hotel stay was excellent overall. The inclusive breakfast and soft drinks mini bar were a very nice idea.
