Good Points: fantastic room and decor. bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly. the peace and tranquility were ideal too.
Bad Points: the lack of food choice in the bar and restaraunt and the breakfast wasnt brilliant.
Further Comments: ideal place to stay for either 1 night or 1 week. golfers will love the hotel as it has a golf course and driving range. women will love it for the sauna and jacuzzi. definitely recommend as excellent value for money.

Good Points: Modern, spacious well furnished.
Bad Points: Some of the finish was a bit poor but this didnt spoil our stay.
Further Comments: Very happy with room size, look and facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Free use of spa facilities was also important.

Good Points: It was clean,fresh and comfotable. The room decor was just like the pictures on the internet.
Bad Points: I don't think there was anything to dislike about our stay. It was very Welcoming.
Further Comments: This hotel was good value for money and I found it hard to find a hotel that included breakfast, this hotel did both mornings. The staff were excellent and I could not fault them, they went out of their way to help us and make our stay something to remember. The taxi company that the hotel use, were extremely friendly and helpful which the hotel booked for us. I can not comment on the restrauant in the hotel as we were out at an event all weekend we ate out, but we did have breakfast and it was very clean, and a lovely warm feeling about the place.

Good Points: The room was spacious, immaculately clean and food facilities ie tea-coffee, complimentary toiletries etc
Further Comments: The hotel was freindly, helpful staff, immacultely clean, the room was very spacious with excellent complimentary facilities and the food was superb. I would recommend this hotel as it was friendly, informal and yet professionaly presented with attentive staff.

Good Points: Double shower. clean. confortable bed. TV on wall.
Further Comments: Cannot be faulted. We ate at the Hathaway the food was excellent and great value for money. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in clean and tidy. Would have liked a few more sachets of coffee though.

Good Points: Staff did everything they could to help and were very courteous and food was very good.
Further Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was set in beautiful rural area and in very nice surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar (Hathaway's) had a lovely design and decor. The bedroom was modern and clean adn the food was very good.

Good Points: Fresh and clean decoration with generous sized (standard) room. Adequate soundproofing. Very clean and well presented.
Bad Points: Only one hot chocolate between three people was a bit stingy.(apparently none available, when staff asked)
Further Comments: Straightforward check in, pleasant staff. Very pleased with the room, especially the cleanliness. Extra bed supplied for daughter was comfortable and good size, and room still had adequate space for us all. Leisure suite adequate, not huge pool but comfortable for pupose. Ate in Hathaway Bar and meal (a veggie dish and two fish dishes) was extremely good. Ate there as opposed to restaurant because vegetarian options seemed more varied. Breakfast plentiful. Conveniently close to NEC. Would definatley use again.

Good Points: Location, friendly atmoshere, facilities.
Further Comments: I have stayed at the Lea marston on numerous occasions for business and leisure breaks, I have always found the staff friendly and helpful the hotel clean and welcoming.

Good Points: Comfortable big bed, nice furniture, nice sized rooms

Further Comments: I enjoyed the choice of restaurants (2) and I really liked the breakfast. The standard of the hotel is high, but the bathroom lets it down a bit. The shower curtain is unhygienic and clings to you while showering. The rooms were fantastic and good sized. All in all i really enjoyed my stay.

Further Comments: This was the most accomodating and attentive hotel we have stayed at, in the uk. The staff attended our needs before we needed to ask, we are most definatly going to book again. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. I would recommended and have recommeneded this hotel to friends already. WELL DONE.

Good Points: The room was big and well set out and clean and very tidy. There was everything available that we could have wanted, but foung the choice in the main restaurant lacking in choice for our tastes. But the Hathaway certainly made good where the main restaurant had failed with a very good choice of meals and snacks
Bad Points: Nothing on the accomadation but just the main restaurant as mentioned above
Further Comments: Apart from the comments above there was nothing else I could have complained about and even the restaurant was only from our tastes point of view. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and smiling, making you feel as if they were ready to help you in anyway they could. We had a lovely few days staying with you and are waiting to visit again, probably in the new year. Thank you and all your staff for their help and welcome that we recieved.

Good Points: Location and setting
Bad Points: Hotel has had a few extensions which makes the internal layout a little confusing.
Further Comments: Check in staff weren't the best, however, the other staff were good. The hotel itself was nice and it had a good leisure centre.
