Good Points: Friendliness of owners cleanliness of accomodation. Best of all food and swimming pool which was absolutely lovely during the hot weather and on our return from golf.
Bad Points: nothing at all

Good Points: Clean and comfortable - good sized room.
Bad Points: Lack of a shower and very low hot water pressure.
Further Comments: Easy to find from the M42. A well maintained small hotel in rural surroundings. Had a warm welcolm and very clean/tidy accommodation. Full english breakfast was very good. If the hot water issue could be fixed we would give this hotel full marks.

Good Points: A lovely room with an olde world feel to it, yet with all the mod cons you would expect. Very close to the motorway which made for a easy getaway the next morning (we were off to the Gardeners World Live at the NEC).
Further Comments: Directions to the hotel are spot on and its so easy to find. Good amount of off road car parking. Easy walk into the village for our evening meal, we eat at The Beehive Pub (1 of 2 pubs in the village) which served good food at reasonable prices. Nice breakfast prior to us leaving, this hotel offers good valve for money.

Good Points: Very cosy, comfy room with plenty of space. The whole place is immaculate and the very friendly owners did all they could to make us welcome. Excellent breakfast in the sunny conservatory. 5 minutes walk from a very good pub in the village that serves excellent food.
Bad Points: Nothing as such but, just a little niggle, the description on the website did say that there was a fridge in the room so I took a bottle of wine. Unfortunately,there was no fridge.
Further Comments: Overall, we would certainly stay there again. It's very easy to find, close to the motorway and within 5 minutes walk of a lovely pub with good food. The place is immaculate, very comfy and provides every thing that you need. The owners are helpful and friendly and cook an excellent breakfast.

Good Points: The Guesthouse was very clean and the landlady very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with plenty for all
Bad Points: The room was sold as a twin room but it was like a single room with no wardrobes just hook on the bedroom and bathroom door
Further Comments: The room would have been fine for an overnight but it was rather too small for a longer stay.

Good Points: The peace and quiet of the location, despite being within 2 minutes drive to the M42 junction
Further Comments: A peacful location but within easy reach of the city and surrounding attractions. Our hosts were friendly and helpful- booking taxis etc. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Good Points: the situation, the ease of finding it, the convenience to motorways, the food, the friendly landlady, the nice clean room, everything.
Further Comments: Its location is ideal for a visit to the NEC, - the reason for our stay - and other local attractions. it's easy to get to it's in a nice locality and is quiet. if you want nightlife it's not the place. if you want peace and quiet, clean rooms and a good breakfast then this is the place. we recommend and will use again.

Good Points: excellent very clean good food good staff and although i shared a bathroom with one other room that bathroom was one of the best and biggest i have seen
Bad Points: parking is the only possible thing i could think of and that would be really picky of me.

Good Points: we just love the situation, the B&B, and the staff. We go each year and they actually remember us which is nice and the breakfast is great too.
Bad Points: Absolutely none.
Further Comments: Good and comfortable, affordable accommodation in a great location with terrific owners. Couldn't be better for us.

Good Points: Freindly and helpful proprietor.Good service and clean and comfortable.
Bad Points: None, though I think when designing the bathroom facilities there was enough space to have a seperate WC. A handbasin in the room could also be useful.

Good Points: Comfortable and in good taste. Excellent parking for a 7.5 ton truck.
Bad Points: Shower was adequate but not very strong.
Further Comments: Warm friendly welcome with a very clean room and an excellent breakfast.It would have been useful to know ther distance from the nearest restaurant or pub.is it near a bus stop , approx fare of taxi into town. Ideal for overnight stop if travelling on to another destination or using airport.

Bad Points: the hotel in my opinion has everything you need.
Further Comments: the hotel is ideally placed just 2 minutes from junction 9 on the m42 and has plenty of parking.the hotel is spotlessly clean,the rooms have everything you need and the owners are very friendly and welcoming and you get a great breakfast. i would definately stay again.
