Good Points: Pleasant large room with en-suite. Clean and tidy.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Warm and welcoming staff. Pleasant clean and tidy room. Close to ring and ride for travel into Bath.

Good Points: friendly and clean. Lovely size room, with good facilities. 10 min bus trip into town centre, or around ￂﾣ7.00 in a taxi. Could come and go as you like. Good time for breakfast (not to early).
Bad Points: When we arrivd there was nobody there to let us in, so we went onto town for a few hours until the owners arrived back at the hotel.
Further Comments: Taxi to town coat around ￂﾣ7.00. Free parking at hotel, with excellent bus service from outside the hotel - every 15 mins. Very relaxed and friendly place to stay. Phone in advance to arrange a check in time, as a family run hotel, when we arrived there was nobody to let us in as they had gone food shopping.

Good Points: The accessibility to the city centre of Bath i.e. within easy walking distance
Bad Points: The only fault we found was the matress in our room it was a little uncomfortable, otherwise the guest house was fantastic and would certainly recommend to others.

Good Points: Besonders hat mir die ganz persￃﾶnliche Aufnahme der sehr lieben Familie gefallen, die dieses Guesthouse betreibt und auch dort wohnt. Sie war sehr um unser leibliches Wohl (und das Wohl unserer Fahrrￃﾤder) besorgt.
Further Comments: Da ich mit dem Auto gereist bin und mein Fahrrad dabei hatte, war die Lage kein Nachteil. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplￃﾤtze. Von dort fahren auch Busse, wobei ich nicht weiￃﾟ, wie oft. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist fￃﾼr einen Fuￃﾟweg ein wenig lang; wer nicht so mobil ist, sollte evtl. ein Hotel nￃﾤher der Innenstadt wￃﾤhlen.

Bad Points: Dirty kettle.
Further Comments: The owners were fantastic! The gentlemen drove my parents, my husband, and myself into town. He gave us a little tour on the way. The B&B was a good value because it was not in the town center. A bus or taxi is required to get into town. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but it was fully cooked to order. Excellent. The only complaint is that our tea kettle was dirty. We did not bring this up to the owners, but I'm sure they would have remedied it immediately.

Good Points: Room was very spacious and well kept. Onsuite bathroom was nice. Not far from city center, bus stop is very close by.
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Forres House. The double room we had was spacious and the onsuite bathroom was decent. Julie the owner was great, she gave us great advice on the city. She is also a great cook, the full english breakfast was so filling, we didn't need to eat lunch! She would always come in and chat to everyone in the breakfast room.

Bad Points: Room a bit too small but still perfect for a 1 night stay and lovely in any case. Nothing to complain about at all. I would surely recommend it.

Further Comments: We very much enjoyed our overnight stay, the local Dolphin Pub was recommended for dinner, situated by the canal, very good value food. Room clean, well equipped, and the breakfast was superb, with great choice.
