Good Points: Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
Bad Points: Bit of a walk into Bath.
Further Comments: The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms clean and modern.The staff were friendly but not obtrusive and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice/extras.

Good Points: Really Comfy Bed and lovely Views
Further Comments: We loved the feel of staying in a house rather than a faceless hotel, as we delt with the same person everytime. The room was fantastic with a spectacular view of the city and the Royal Crescent! Will more than likely go back again.

Peter, who manages the place, is a great character and ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you have a great experience. We will definately stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.
