Bad Points: Cold water almost non existent in bathroom sink - Hot water took an age to become plentifull in shower

Good Points: Lovely big room.
Further Comments: The staff were friendly, the breakfast was substantial and the accommodation was clean and comfortable

Further Comments: The freindliness and the welcome of the Manager was a big plus. He was always attentive to our needs and made us feel at home. We were staying B&B but stayed both nights at the hotel for dinner. The menu was great for 2 or3 days but possibly would need to be more extensive if anyone wanted to stay for a longer time

Further Comments: We stayed in the four poster room, which was fantastic. The hotel manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Good Points: friendly staff, nice food
Bad Points: noisy room, heating clicking all night, smelly toilets in corridor on way to room

Good Points: Friendly and helpful staff with a relaxing atmosphere.
Bad Points: The evening menu was fairly limited and basic in choice, however, what we did eat was cooked satisfactory.
Further Comments: For the money, we found our stay very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. For us personally, the four-poster bed was fairly uncomfortable since we are used to a firmer mattress, however, the bed linen and towels were all spotlessly clean. The hotel is situated out of the mainstream part of the town but a ten-minute walk got us to the heart of the town. Overall, we were happy with our weekend stay.

Further Comments: we were welcomed by the proprietor and all our needs were provided without question. we were sorry we could not stay for dinner as the sandwiches we had and also breakfast were excellent. we hope to return soon.

Bad Points: In bedroom there were no bedside cabinets, no mirror and very poor lighting, in addition the shower was unusable due to a blocked oulet and no soap was provided.
Further Comments: An experience not to be repeated. See above.

Good Points: It was spacious, tidy, incorporated with updated appliances and most of all the attending staff were very nice. A true value for money.
Further Comments: The hotel can be easily located, as it is adjacent to a supermarket. The car park is also enough for the customers. The rooms are a bit different from the rest as it is spacious and clean. Some little problem we raised was immediately responded by a member of staff, which greatly satisfied our stay.

Further Comments: A very pleasant, warm, welcoming guesthouse. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend to others.
