||
| Good Points: Nicely decorated bedroom | |||
| Bad Points: Bathroom was rather dated Very small car park, had to park on the road | |||
| Further Comments: The room was pleasant and ideal for business travellers as it had a desk and proper office type chair. The only downside of this was that the room seemed a little overwhelmed with furniture. A decent hotel though and would stay there again. | |||

||
| Good Points: warm, friendly staff. cleanliness and overall look of hotel interior | |||
| Bad Points: wasn't able to park on hotel car park (far too small) so ended up parking on street (concerns over safety of car). chair in the room was far too low to sit and do makeup and hair (wasn't able to see the mirror). no shower in the bathroom; if every room has a bath this seems to me to be a terrible waste of water, and inconvenient also. | |||
| Further Comments: this hotel is excellent value for money at οΎ£56 per room for a double. clean, spacious and confortable room although lack of shower was time consuming. there is, however, a large round bath. hotel interior is very tastefully decorated and sumptuous | |||

| Good Points: Room was ok, location overlooking an industrial not that exciting. estate | |||
| Bad Points: Heating in the room went off during the evening and did not return. Hence very chilly am. | |||

| 9 Business Trip - 01/10/05 |
|
||
| Good Points: Good clean large room. Bed & pillows very good. | |||
| Bad Points: Breakfast was poor. Bread was like supermarket cheap own brand. Sausages were poor quality. Coffee not nice. Only 1 fruit juice. | |||
| Further Comments: Staff were generally very good and helpful. Restaurant staff at evening meal very helpful but breakfast staff a little misserable, a smile doesn't cost anything! Food at Dinner was excellent!! although wine by the glass instad of by the bootle would be an advantage. | |||
| 10 Business Trip - 24/09/05 |
|
||
| Good Points: It was good and comfortable. i liked the fact that there were signposts to it on the ring road in Bradford | |||
| Bad Points: The description of the hotel implied that there were leisure facilities availabe a few hundred meters away but this turned out to be a five minute drive if i had wanted to go and the reception had no details of opening times anyway. | |||
| 11 Leisure Visit - 21/09/05 |

||
| Good Points: THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY | |||
| Bad Points: WELL I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CLEANLINESS IN OUR ROOM, THERE WAS HAIR ALL ON THE FLOOR DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT HAD BEEN HOOVERED,HUMAN HAIRS IN THE BATH. THE WINDOW LATCH WAS HANGING OFF WHEN YOU WENT TO OPEN THE WINDOW. | |||
| Further Comments: WHEN I RANG UP THE HOTEL ABOUT ARE STAY THE LADY AT THE END OF THE PHONE SAID WE WERE STAYING IN A NEWLY DONE UP ROOM OR WORDS TO THAT AFFECT. ALSO WHILST WE WERE SITTING IN THE BAR ROOM MY HUSBAND STARTED SNEEZING AND AS I LOOKED AROUNG I COULD SEE THE AMOUNT OF DUST ON THE SHELFS AND ALL OVER THE PLANTS. AS WE WERE HAVING ARE BREAKFAST WE ACTUALLY SAW THE MAN OR OWNER OPEN THE WINDOW IN THE ROOM WERE YOU HAVE YOUR MEAL AND WIPE HIS FINGERS ACROSS THE DUST AND JUST WALK AWAY. WE HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL BEFORE AND IT WAS LOVLY IM JUST ABIT UPSET AS IT WAS MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY SURPRISE WEEKEND AWAY AND I FEEL THAT IT WAS LET DOWN BY THE HOTEL. | |||

||
| Good Points: Friendly staff, very nice room, calm colours and up to date. | |||
| Bad Points: Having looked in a friends twin room, perhaps that could be improved to the same standard/modernised as the room i was in - doubles on the ground floor. | |||
| Further Comments: Had a very comfortable stay, enjoyable and peaceful - even though we were there for an end of course Ball the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good, though we weren't sure of the system in the dining room, which would have been helpful. The buffet provided at the Ball was excellent. Overall we were very happy with the hotel. | |||
| 15 Business Trip - 09/07/05 |

||
| Good Points: Location. | |||
| Bad Points: It would be good if there were ice available!I was told it had all melted when I asked for some. | |||

||
| Good Points: The room was spacious and the area appeared generally quiet. | |||
| Bad Points: With only staying one night it is difficult to comment. | |||
| Further Comments: The directions to the hotel were confusing but eventually we found it. However, Bradford road signs in general are confusing or non existent. There was plenty of car parking space. The breakfast was good but it would have been good to have both orange and apple juice. | |||

|
||
| Good Points: Location was nearby the relatives I was visiting. The staff right down from the Manager to the Chambermaid were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was snowy white. | |||
| Bad Points: Service in the dinning room was good, the porridge was very smoothe, creamy and tasty, other than that the breakfast was just OK. The presentation of the bar food, left much to be desired. I order a cheese and pickle sandwich, it arrived with what supposed to be a side salad, a pile of potato wedges, and a club sandwich which looked like it had been thrown together, it was impossible to pick up the sandwich without it falling apart. The whole plate looked a mess and most unappealing and unappertising. | |||
| Further Comments: The hotel had a welcoming feel about it, the dinning room was pleasant and the bar room very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The bedroom, whilst roomy, with comfortable beds and freshly laundered sheets lacked security with the windows notlocking properly, as my room was on the ground floor this security aspect should have working. The window sills and frames were were not very clean, they were tired and tatty. The edges of the carpet in the room were very dusty. The bathroom although adequate with fresh towels and plenty of hot water, needs updating. The clock provided did not work for lack of a new battery. The tea and coffee making facilities were placed in an inconvenient position for ease of use. This said these little niggerely things could easily be rectified,and overall did not spoil my stay and yes I would book into this hotel again although I would be very reluctant to order bar food again. | |||

| Further Comments: My stay was comfortable, but I should have been made aware that the hotel facilities were booked for a wedding reception, | |||
