I ask for breakfast to delivery to room, this never happenend. |

| Good Points:
the hotel was easy to find and ideally situated for axcessing the city centre. We found the room to be a little tired in it's decor but it very roomy and cleaned to a very high standard. We would definately stay at this accomadation again if visiting Aberdeen. |

| Good Points:
I would definitely recomment the Royal Hotel. It is centrally located and easy to find - good access to bus and train station. The staff are so helpful and all so friendly. The room was spacious and although the buildin is old it is clean, tidy and warm. |
| Further Comments: Do eat in the Cafe Royal, I had lunch in there on two occasions and both meals were superb with reasonable menu pricing. Quick service and again very friendly. The hotel allowed me to leave my bag behind reception in the morning until I could check in at 2pm and were really nice about it. Also I requested a late checkout at 1pm which I got without charge! I will definitely be returning to The Royal, shame more hotels cant be as friendly and welcoming. |

The room was tired and in dire need of redecoration. The floor, especially in the bathroom had bad squeaks. The windows were secondary double glazed, however, the outer windows were open and I'm yet to figure out a way to close them! |
