Good Points: we we're up graded to a suite which was excellent as our inital room was really beautiful too
Bad Points: nothing really only the room had not been cleaned properly as there was a pair of ladies knickers in one of the bedside cabinet and they weren't very clean looking hence the up grade
Further Comments: an excellent hotel the staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs,also the meal we had was excellent too.we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking forward to a return visit

Good Points: A very pleasant room in a friendly hotel with a country house feel to it, set in lovely surroundings.
Further Comments: It would have been helpful to have known in advance, that the stairs to upper floors were steep and apparently no lift as my wife has mobility problems. However we were generally pleased with our stay and may wish to return at a later date as the hotel is conveniently placed to visit relatives in the general area.

Good Points: A very pleasant room in a friendly hotel with a country house feel to it, set in lovely surroundings.

Good Points: clean and of a good standard
Bad Points: lack of spa facilities available the disco underneath the room
Further Comments: we went for a relaxing weekend after my daughter finished her exams. all spa treatments were booked by non-residents or the area was closed. there was no steam room even though you advertised this fact in your own rooms. staff thought we were staying for one night and not the 2 that were booked so we were disturbed twice on our first day. there was a wedding on on the sat and kids were left to run riot and no attemp was made by staff to parents for control and we were given a room virtually above the reception so were disturbed by it from arrival until midnight. there were no card keys available to access rooms for the whole stay so we had to go to reception every time we needed entry to our room. we had to wait 15 mins for someone to turn up to the pool area to get towels and on the 2nd day the jacuzzi was out of use.

Bad Points: the only real problem here,noise of fans (extractors or aircon? )was really intrusive at night

Good Points: Tea and Coffee making facilities, Quiet, Shower and bathroom good
Bad Points: No assistance offered to carry luggage up many stairs to room as there was no lift. Drinks were far too expensive.
Further Comments: Function staff and breakfast staff were excellent. Food was excellent. Late night staff unhelpful.

Further Comments: The Management and staff were exceptionably friendly , courteous and efficient. This hotel is very convenient for roads leading into the North Wales and surrounding areas. Overall we were very pleased with the Hotel. We hope to pay a return visit in the near future. A perfect location for a quiet and relaxing break.

Good Points: Location. Open country, good walks but close to road links.
Further Comments: Llindir Hall is an oldy Worldly manor house with spacious rooms and adequate leisure and conferance facilities. The cuisine is excellent.
