| Bad Points: The Only minor point would be terrestrial TV reception but on the other hand I am not at the Hotel to watch TV! |

| Further Comments: The hotel was very nice. Good location for the town and zoo which was our main reason for choosing Chester. The food was good, excellent choices available, surprised the restuarant wasn't busier for a Sat eve. Would definitely stay there again. |

| Further Comments: My party all enjoyed the stay at the Brookside Hotel and found the facilities and friendliness of the staff to be very good. The breakfast could be improved, especially in quality and the introduction of a self service table for juices, fruits and cerials would enhance the choices for starters. |
