| Good Points:
right next to the beach and pier |
| Bad Points:
room at the top, long flights of stairs (but probably good for me anyway). |
| Further Comments: Nice place to stay, car park very close and convenient (free after 5). Deal is very quiet (apart from the seagulls). |

| Good Points:
The situation in town. |
| Bad Points:
The hotel was very dated and dirty, smelt damp and in very poor decorative order. Broken sink in room 9, and the shower in room 5 was hanging off the wall. |

| Good Points: My entire family could stay in one room for the same rate. |
| Further Comments: Although we only spent one night, we were quite happy with the room, the location, and the view. The breakfast was very good, and very filling. It would be nice to return to enjoy the beach more, hopefully on a sunny day!
Thank you,

| Good Points: The hotel was near the beach
The lounge was large and comfortable |
| Bad Points: There was no parking - No disbaled access - no en suite facilities
The breakfast was actually awful - no choice - run out of everything |
| Further Comments: There were no disabled facilities which I thought was the law now. No mention of no en suite facilities until the confirmation was sent.
We were put on the 3rd floor - no mention of this. No telephone no until the confirmation. |

| Good Points: The cossiness in our room and the excellent cleanliness |
| Bad Points: No coffee table, small cups only, not enough space to make a cuppa |
| Further Comments: I think this hotel is really good,i didnt see if there was any opportunities to book en-suite room instead of room with shared bathroom,or the room with a sea view, but i might have missed it.Can't say a bad word abt the Beachbrow Hotel at all. |

| Good Points: The lounge, location, owners. |
| Bad Points: No shower, just a tub for en-suite. |
| Further Comments: Beautiful large lounge for guests, very clean, right on the beach, close to center of town for shops and restaurants, very accommodating owners, plentiful delicious breakfast.
Ideal location for Canterbury, Dover castle, Sandwich, trip to Paris.
In the future when travelling in Europe I will ask if the en-suite has a shower! |

| Good Points: Good position, easy to walk on foot from station, and to walk out along the promenade. |
| Bad Points: Dim eco-friendly lighting in bedroom, cracked washbasin and naff mirror. |
| Further Comments: A good attempt to provide a clean, pleasant environment in an old building. Nice cotton sheets. Lack of en-suite helped it to be 'budget rating' but does not excuse the mirror. Smart looking restaurant - which seemed popular. Deal is a lovely old fashioned coastal town and deserves to be on the tourist trail. |

| Good Points: Pleasant large lounge overlooking the sea and nicely appointed dining room. Didn't have the opportunity to dine this time, but would like to have dinner there. Maybe next time! |
| Bad Points: Shower control seemed to work in reverse.
Breakfast was good, but we had to keep asking for things - which were cheerfully provided. |
| Further Comments: Good value for money. Would certainly stay again. It may be helpful to give visitors more information about the available public parking. |

| Good Points: clean and modern accommodation with very friendly staff and easy to find |
| Further Comments: I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were upgraded on arrival at the hotel to an en-suite room at no extra cost. The hotel is situated on the sea front with lovely views to the quaint old pier. The accommodation was clean and well presented and all the staff the we met were extremely welcoming and polite. |
