Good Points: we were made very welcome it was warm cosy and very friendly
Further Comments: we really enjoyed our stay we would have liked to know that you could have an evening meal we did realise this when we arrived so all was ok it was a wonderful meal very enjoyable.

Further Comments: Everything was very good except the external phone system was not working from the room and breakfast was not served earlier than 8.00 a.m.

Good Points: Very attractive and comfortable hotel at a great price. The staff were very attentive as well.

Further Comments: Small well run hotel, very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable with adequate facilities. En suite facilities excellent. Electric sockets were awkward to access for use of hairdryer.

Good Points: Hotel was clean, comfy bed, nice warm room.
Further Comments: Arrived late evening, owner was very friendly and welcoming, we had a full english breakfast which was served quickly and was at a good standard. We would definately stay here again.

Good Points: Very helpful couple running this small hotel, was able to leave car at hotel whilst on holiday. Driven to and collected from airport by Manager.Very quiet, just what i required after long flight back to Manchester.

Bad Points: The bathroom shower was a bit dirty. The window [in ceiling] let in too much light. They used instant coffee. Awful.
Further Comments: Overall I was very pleased with my experience at the Pymgate Hotel. The cost of the room was very reasonable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel [the decor and the staff] were very impressive. I did not like having a window in the ceiling that did not have a cover on it as the moonlight and then daylight disrupted my sleep. The shower was a bit dirty. As I noted above, the hotel only served instant coffee [which tastes terrible and I think could be an easy thing to change]. I would recommend this hotel to friends as it was also very close to the Manchester Airport.

Further Comments: room 6 twine,radiator not worrking,electric heater in room not working,inside of windows running with condensation,bed on window side of room at head board wall damp also dust & dirt on dado rail & skirting, only one coat hanger in wardrobe ,poor parking,room could do with a fresh coat of paint . room 6 could do with refurbishmeant,I also feel that the hotel would benifit from an improved heating system. this must be the poorest & coldest hotel I have booked on line
