Bad Points: bad selection of tv programs, kettle hard to plug in restrictede space. bath room passed its sell by date

Good Points: LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.
Bad Points: ONE OF THE GUESTS IN OUR PARTY REQUESTED A NON-SMOKING ROOM. UPON ARRIVING IN THE ROOM THE BIN HAD 2 BIN LINERS CONTAINING CIGARETTE ENDS AND THERE WAS AN ODOUR OF STALE SMOKE. THE AIR FRESHENERS DID NOT WORK EITHER.
Further Comments: I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE FULLY WORKING AIR VENTILATION AND AIR FRESHERNERS UPON REQUESTING A SMOKING (OR NON-SMOKING) ROOM. I WOULD NOT EXPECT COB WEBS TO BE PRESENT ON CURTAINS OR EVEN HAVE THEM HANGING OFF OF THE RAILS. HOWEVER, WHEN I REQUESTED THE WIRELESS INTERNET FACILITY THIS WAS A VERY SEAMLESS PROCESS AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY WITH A CLEAR INDICATION AT ALL TIMES WITH THE LENGTH OF TIME REMAINING. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN BOOKING THE INTERNET AND REPORTING THE ISSUE OF THE BINS HAVING NOT BEEN EMPTIED.
