| Good Points:
Convenient location, relatively quiet, adequate room and hotel facilities. |
| Bad Points:
Cobwebs in room and behind curtain rail, dirt in corners on bathroom floor.
Day-time bar service non existant when reception busy |

| Bad Points:
Breakfast was not very appatising, cold and had been on the hot p[late a long time. Evening mesals wear overpriced and not to the standard you expect for the price. |
| Further Comments: Did the job for what i required, somewhere to sleep over night however not up to the normal best western standard look at the one outside bristol for guidance. |

| Further Comments: When we stayed on 27.12.07 the plug in the wash hand basin did not work. Despite reporting this to reception when we checked out, this had not been rectified when we returned on 05.01.08.
Everything else was in order. |

| Further Comments: All very good - Food was good - Room was nice size, it even had an iron! Tea making facility is a real bonus
The only problem we had was the shower was very hot, and could not be made cooler (we told reception) |
