Good Points: It was relatively close to the company I was working with and the staff was extremely helpful in providing aditional services.
Bad Points: The room was a lot smaller than I was used to, it's been many years since I slept on a single bed and there was lillte room to have my travel cases.
Further Comments: I was displeased with the accomodations. I booked a single and was surprised it had a single bed in the room and the room was so narrow. I don't think I will stay there again as I felt the rate was excessive for the accomodations.

Good Points: Nice town, friendly staff and were vey helpful when I needed a room changed. value for money.
Bad Points: Breakfast could have been more organised. Mild had started flaking which was not great from my perspective.

Good Points: Good accessibility to the airport, with adequate bus services to the nearest metro station. Pleasant location and comfortable ambience. Courteous staff.

Further Comments: That there is no lunch on Saturdays at this Hotel.

Further Comments: Good car parking. No opportunity for bar snacks for Saturday lunch. Clean room, firm bed, easy access to Airport.

Good Points: Location and price. Friendly staff
Bad Points: The bar area although once non smoking is in place then that might improve. Didn't use the restaurant as it looked a bit too bed & breakfast
Further Comments: Generally speaking this was a pleasantly run quiet hotel in an ideal location. I'm used to staying in better class hotels but this served my purpose adequately. I think it would useful to have more options on the room tv as I stayed in there rather than go to the bar or restaurant.

Further Comments: The small room maybe a double room is bigger and beautiful.

Bad Points: hot room (but it was suuny!), no natural light in the bathroom & no proper stand-up shower
Further Comments: Great for a one night stay close to family party venue. Would also be good for Heathrow airport

Good Points: Comfortable bed, TV that worked, friendly staff. Apparently the whole hotel is being refitted. Quiet, pleasant environment.
Bad Points: Very very poor shower (ended up having to switch to a bath). Not enough bedding for a cold night, no duvet. Generally old fashioned decor.
Further Comments: I would happily stay again, but I would ask for a room with a good shower first.

Good Points: It was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. The room had everything I needed.
Further Comments: I had absolutely no complaints about the accommodation. It was exactly as I would have expected.

Good Points: Location and grounds. No parking fee. Tea & coffee facilities in the room.
Bad Points: Faulty window. Faulty toilet. Faulty plug in wash basin. TV channels - lack of information.
Further Comments: Following the recent change of ownership there was a lack of staff and a confused atmosphere. Hopefully in the future the hotel will be better maintained. Arriving at 1.15pm the room was not available although it was advertised as available from 12 noon. When making our reservation we requested 4 nights accommodation which was accepted and confirmed on line but not at the hotel. Alternative arrangements had to be made as the online booking system was not up to date.
