Good Points: Cosy environment and pleasant staff.
Bad Points: Access to room was difficult. Room was very small / restricted headroom. Fan / smoke detector were inoperative. Bathroom was tacky.

Good Points: The man at reception was most helpful and friendly. He couldnt do enough for us.

Further Comments: We went to the Hotel with friends and had two double rooms booked. These were quite far apart and when we asked to be moved to the room opposite them the staff were happy to oblige. This room was bigger and more modernised than the first. Overall we found the room clean and quiet. Found all staff to be friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also a pleasent end to our stay. Could do with a bit of redecoration in the rooms but was not awful or anything. Was slightly worried after reading some review on the internet but found all these to be unfounded really. Slightly overpriced mabe but was a pleasent stay. Would like to thank guy on reception who name we do not know. Cleaner looked like the lady from postman Pat and was also very nice. lol

Bad Points: Room was noisy. People upstairs were awake from 5am and it seemed like they were in our room. Bedside light did not work, remote control for television without batteries, smoke alarm not connected english breakfast was adequate

Good Points: The room was very pleasantly decorated, very clean and very spacious, the ensuite had a lovely big shower/bath big enough for two. Had all the facilities you needed in your room.

Good Points: The room was cozy and clean.
Further Comments: Was really good and the breakfast was lovely. I left a really expensive bottle of perfume and when i went back 3 hours later he had kept it for me which was really honest.

Good Points: Lovely lobby area and charming room.
Further Comments: This small hotel and its excellent staff provided not only an attractive setting and accommodation, but personal, friendly service from the nicest hotel staff members that we have ever known. Our needs, which at the time were more complicated than those of the average traveler, were met and exceeded beyond our hopes. The complimentary breakfast and service were also excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, and a train station with fast service to London.
