Good Points: Room facilities were good & convenient. The room and bathroom were also very clean.

Good Points: Handy for the Airport, NEC and for a visit to the City of Birmingham. My room was ready for me when I arrived not having to wait until they cleaned it, I ate out at the Airport as the meals within the hotel could be expensive although I traveled on Bed and Breakfast basis, I had the breakfast the despite other reviews on this theme I can honestly found nothing wrong with the breakfast it was hot and fresh.
Bad Points: Although the room has Tea and Coffee, they could have put in a complimentary small packet of Biscuits just to start you off.

Good Points: Friendly staff, quick check-in and a great breakfast!
Bad Points: The bed was a bit on the small size.

Good Points: The hotel looked like a prison from the outside but once you entered through the doors it was very modern.
Bad Points: Our first room had very noisy airconditioning but we were moved to another room and it was fine. The rooms are very small and you the bathroom was tiny.

Good Points: The cleanliness was of a high standard, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Bad Points: There was no lift in the hotel, but I believe that is being rectified in the very near future.
Further Comments: We appreciated the fact that the hotel runs a complementary shuttle bus service to the NEC, station and airport, which saved us money on taxi fares. We found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, making our stay most enjoyable. We would perhaps have liked the Flight Bar menu to have been more extensive and to have included more basic popular meals. We ate at the NEC as were unable to find much to our taste in the Hotel. Having said that, the breakfast in the Grill Room was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging.

Good Points: The room was neat and tidy,fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily.Lighting was adequate ,and tea and coffee available in the room.The bed was magnifficent .The staff were very professional and friendly ,and the taxi service recommended by the hotel was brilliant -prompt and efficient service was received. The hotel grounds was clean as a whistle and the lawn beautiful.I look forward to returning in future to this very same hotel!!!!Keep it up !!!!!!!!

Good Points: Friendly, efficient staff (with one exception)
Bad Points: Our evening meal on our 1st night(5/04/07)and the attitude of the Restaurant Supervisor.
Further Comments: Great location for the NEC. Apart from the above incident, the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Especially in Reception, the bar and the morning Restaurant Supervisor.
