Good Points: the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, and the cleanliness of hotel and room.
Bad Points: the room was a bit smaller than i thought it would be.
Further Comments: On arrival the receptionist was extremley pleasant and helpful and our check in was swift. The room was very pleasant although a bit smaller than i thought it would be, although this did not spoil our stay in anyway.The staff members were so friendly and cheerful,and very eager to make our weekend plesurable, which it certainly was. the food was also excellent,i would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Good Points: It was clean, neat and well located
Bad Points: Walls between rooms were a bit thin so quite noisy in the morning.
Further Comments: Nice place to stay, very friendly reception desk, and not bad value for money on the discount rate.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly
Bad Points: the room smelt, poor sanitation, smell of sewage, have stayed there before with no problem, but this time the room was unhygenic
Further Comments: Staff were polite and kind, however although they (french on duty manager) apologised for room there was no offer of recompense or explanation. poor sewage in a hotel room is severe health risk. this was my second stay at this hotel, the first was excellent, but very dissapointed this time

Good Points: Very comfortable and friendly.
Bad Points: Breakfast was quite a slow process.

Good Points: nice room on the front and had all the amenaties you needed.
Bad Points: cold in bath room as there was a emergancy door in it also no blind to cover the glass door which iam sure you could be seen from outside when the light was on, the room was also quite dark as all the furniture was dark for a small room.

Good Points: The room was immaculate. One of the best that we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. There was more than enough tea and coffee for anyone. The bathroom was excellent.
Bad Points: Could only get The Independant newspaper in the morning.
Further Comments: Could not fault any part of our stay. Room was superb, breakfast was more than adequate, and was served piping hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the better hotels that we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Good Points: The first thing that stood out about the hotel was hte frienliness and welcoming manner of the staff. The accomodation was immaculate the room was very comfortable and modern, the rest of the hotel was lovely too. We had breakfast in our room the following morning and it was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I only came into comtact with 3 memebers of staff but they were so helpful and lovely they made the stay more enjoyable.
Bad Points: The only onething I could say is that the room was slightly on the small side however it would not affect me returning to the hotel. I would reccommend the this hotel to anyone visiting Windsor.
Further Comments: I would reccommend the this hotel to anyone visiting Windsor. It was in a perfect location for all the attraction, the hotel was immaculate the staff very friendly and helpful could not reall fault this hotel and if visiting Windsor agin I would definitley return to this hotel.
