Good Points: Fairly close to ameneties
Bad Points: Bed needed re-placing [Matress badly worn].
Further Comments: We thought the budget room was poor for the price we paid because we saw better accomodation at a lower price.

Further Comments: If we get 3 nights for the price of 2 we would use the hotel again, however think the rack rate is too expensive!

Good Points: i really liked the order of the room and also the bed was really comfortable
Bad Points: nothin much just that there wer no face cloths in the bathroom jus big towels but anyway thats a petty issue

Further Comments: We used this hotel as a stop over as we were going on a cruise, we found the hotel and yarmouth most enjoyable. We are already planning a longer trip to gt yarmouth and the hamilton hotel will be our first choice to stay in.

Good Points: The staff was friendly and helpful. The dog was really cool.
Bad Points: The worst thing I can say is that the TV only got 3 channels.
Further Comments: I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was a bit small, but I guess that's what we get for booking a budget room. Besides, the money we saved on the room meant more for spending elsewhere. It was a nice break.

Good Points: Staff were friendly, the location was brilliant and the food was good
Bad Points: The room was cold and we were told that if we found the room cold we would need to let them know and they would turn the heating on as opposed to being able to just turn the radiator on. The bed was a little uncomfortable
Further Comments: The hotel was very clean welcoming and the staff were friendly. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. i was dissapointed that the room was so cold and that we couldn't simply turn the radiator on ourselves but would have to request they turn the heat on for us which is understandable at this time of year but is a little embarrassing to have to request the heating be turned on in the middle of the night.

Further Comments: This hotel was really poor value for money. The rooms were incredibly small and the walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room snoring. It was clean and the staff were friendly but not worth ￂﾣ70 for one night

Good Points: The owners of the hotel were very nice and friendly
Bad Points: We booked a family room which was very small and really needed to have a bath and not a very small en suite with just enough room for a small person to stand. It became cold during the night. The heating was not enough to keep the room warm
Further Comments: I would have liked to know the size of the room and that what the en suite comes with
