Good Points: walking distance to shops, suitable for solo traveller - felt comfortable

Further Comments: Hotel booking was very informative - I knew exactly where hotel was, directions were excellent, informtaion said owners were friendly and they were.

Good Points: warm and everything provided
Bad Points: The shower in the room, just a glass cubicle, very odd
Further Comments: All went well, booked a hotel to be close to the ferry, it had a carpark, which was ideal, price was right, breakfast, good. It would be useful if they had a review and directions of local eating places, saves searching around, especially if you are nes to the area.

Good Points: Pleasant, nicely decorated room. Comfortable bed. Proximity to shops, restaurants.
Bad Points: Poor TV picture & remote didn't work.
Further Comments: I enjoyed my short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, far beyond the call of duty. Nice place, nice people; I will return.

Good Points: The hotel appeared to have been recently decorated throughout and was spotless.
Bad Points: The en suite WC compartment was rather small a would, I feel, present something of a challenge to an older person trying to turn round in it.
Further Comments: Other than the en suite facilities, I could not fault the hotel. The management were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as freshly cooked and derved with a smile. All in all, an excellent service, especially considering the cost of our stay.

Bad Points: when me and my friend went down for breakfast the staff did seem to be rushing us in the middle of my friend have his cereal one of the staff tryed to take the bowl away.
Further Comments: in general it wat nice but the breakfast did spoill it a bit
