| Good Points: The size of our rooms was excellent (sitting room & bedroom) and both meals were very good. The situation of the hotel was quiet and pleasant and the facilities excellent. | |||
| Bad Points: Nothing | |||
| Further Comments: I must confess that I had done some research and knew that the hotel had a good reputation. I use Best Western Hotels regularly and have always found them to be good value for money with a high standard of service. Staff are well trained and food menus are always attractive and appetising. There is a fitness centre and swimming pool adjoining the hotel and the use of these facilities are free. | |||

| Good Points: We loved the french windows in the room, and the access to the garden. We found the staff wonderful and the leisure facilities were great. We would definately stay again. | |||
| Further Comments: The Keavil House Hotel was in a lovely location and was very well presented. The rooms were of a good standard with all the usual facilities. Our room had lovely french windows and a door that lead out into a garden. The leisure club was very well equiped and all of the staff in the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. We ate in the restaurant and the food was glorious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone willing to pay that little bit more. | |||

| Good Points: I liked the leisure facilities, the sauna was not functional at the time of our visit. It was dissapointing but understandable. The room was brilliant and the patio doors in the room were fantastic allowing a bright morning! | |||
| Bad Points: The room was either very warm or cold, perhaps this was due to the patio doors? perhaps a better controlled heating system in the room but this was a minor thing | |||
| Further Comments: The directions to the hotel were good from the website but from travelling from edinburgh, the first roundabout in Rosyth has the same road running through it and was confusing deciding which road to turn off. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and we had a fantastic time on our break | |||

| Good Points: Bed was not comfortable and the floorboards creaked, including the floorboards on the floor above and this awakened us during the night. | |||
| Bad Points: Directions on web-site are not accurate - coming from the North description is wrong. Fix the floor boards. | |||
| Further Comments: It was adequate. Breakfast was really good and the staff were helpful and courteous. | |||

| Good Points: Room was clean and comfortable but TV did not offer huge choice of channels | |||
| Bad Points: Facility for on screen checking of bill | |||
| Further Comments: I felt the meal was slightly disappointing. I do not know whetehr there was an option to choose of an a la carte selection at an increased price. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt the leisure centre was not as well appointed as I expected particularly in the bar / cafe area | |||

| Good Points: Bright airy room overlooking the gardens. | |||
| Bad Points: None | |||
| Further Comments: When you book online it is difficult to know exactly what the accommodation is like. This hotel however, matched the online description and was excellent value for money. The leisure facilities were superb and we would not think twice about returning. | |||
