Good Points: Did not like much about the accommodation
Bad Points: Room not too clean, very noisy
Further Comments: I would have liked to have been told that the parking outside this hotel was impossible we had to park miles away and pay for the privledge also how noisy it was going to be,was told on arrival that the hotel was being refurbished,it all looked scruffy, not a nice stay, we left after one night,would never stay there again.

Good Points: Great location
Bad Points: Old windows that kept rattling-jammed cardboard inbetween them to stop it in the end.
Further Comments: Great location , friendly staff, would recommend.

Good Points: I liked the fact it was very near the sea and you could see the pier from my window. I also liked the range of restaurants and shops nearby once I had got my bearings everything was within easy reach
Further Comments: it was good for an overnight or 2 night stay.

Good Points: the on-suite, room was comfortable, excellent location to town centre, excellent bars and resturant in close walking to the hotel. Staff were nice and friendly.
Bad Points: If you are going to have a four poster at least make it a king or super king size. beds were on the small side. beds not accommodating for anyone over 6ft. Should have had cable channels in room and drinking water.
Further Comments: should display size of bed parking arrangements in terms of cost to park and parking hours.

Good Points: VERY FREINDLY STAFF COSY-MODERN ROOM
Bad Points: LONG WAY TO ROOM UPSTAIRS BUT WORTH THE LEG WORK WHEN THERE,
Further Comments: PEOPLE WHO PUT IN THE EFFORT GET REWARDED LATER , KEEP TRYING AND YOUR SERVICE WILL ONLY GET BETTER, THANKS FOR A LOVLEY STAY, AND MUST SAY FIRST TIME IN FREESTANDING BATH EXCELLANT, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, WILL RETURN SOON .

Good Points: Lovely room with a nice 4 poster bed and balcony with view over the sea and Brighton Pier.
Bad Points: Slightly noisy at night and the sea gulls are a little noisy in the mornings.
Further Comments: Really nice staff who did everything to look after us. Room was cleaned well each day. Would stay there again, especially if you want somewhere nice for a romantic break.

Good Points: Staff great, upgraded us without asking to a smart clean room. Breakfast nice.
Bad Points: water in that area taste funny and ruined tea/coffee, otherwise nothing to complain about
Further Comments: Staff friendly and very helpful for the one night we stayed. We were offered a family room by active hotels as the only room available. We were upgraded to a nicer smart room being Junior Suite, on arrival without being asked. Breakfast nice.

Good Points: Fantastic room with a great sea view.The four poster bed was really comfortable.The breakfast was delicious.

Further Comments: I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.It was perfect!

Good Points: Friendlieness of staff
Bad Points: Shower- could not maintain temerature and lacked pressure
Further Comments: Staff helpful, recommended a good restauraunt. Provided front door key to allow residents to come and go at ease.

Good Points: The balcony was a welcome addition during the unexpected hot weather we experienced.
Bad Points: Breakfast was rationed to only one serving, with no freedom to have an extra item, if the chef did not feel comfortable about it.
Further Comments: The hotel far axceeded it's description. We were very lucky to have the use of only a few balconies available in Brighton itself, and in this case with a table and two chairs included. The bed and room were very comfortable and spacious.
