Good Points: unique, friendly and fun. central and convenient
Further Comments: Rooms are on the small side and were fine for a single occupant but would be cramped for two. More detailed information about location of nearest NCP would be helpful.

Good Points: Very clean, well decorated, very good breakfast, excellent atmosphere
Further Comments: The Sea Spray is a well located hotel near to Brighton's sea front and main attractions. It is beautifully and imaginatively decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast, generous and very nicely cooked. Overall, excellent value for money, a memorable visit, we would definitely go back again. One slight drawback is the parking, you have to be prepared to put a lot of money in the parking meter, so bring lots of change!

Further Comments: Staff were really friendly, the room was nicely decorated with thought and planning. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean and attractive. 2 sachets of biscuits would have been nice ;0)

Further Comments: Seaspray has committed and communicative staff who took pains to ensure we understood everything both before and during our stay. The quirky decor is an additional bonus but it is a very clean, well run hotel, well placed for the pier, offering very good value for money. It is a good deal more cheerful than many simila B and Bs. We would stay there again.

Further Comments: Good standard of accommodation generally. Breakfast a little late for someone on business. Parking difficult but not impossible even in the busy part of the evening. Excellent breakfast with very good choice, as well as being well cooked. Good central location which was easy to find.

Good Points: The cleanliness and the creative design of the rooms. We stayed in the Any Warhol room which was very funky.
Bad Points: The double rooms are all very small - to clearly advise people that the rooms are a little cramped. If people are aware that they're 'quaint' they will be less inclined to be dissappointed. From the photo's on this site - I was led to believe the Warhol room was fairly spacious, but my boyfriend is 6ft2 and kept bumping his head on the telly. We could not have stayed in that room for a week for instance. One night was adequate.
Further Comments: The service and friendly staff will make me recommend it to others. I'd like to mention how spottless it was - fantastic to stay in such a clean establishment. We cycled the London 2 Brighton bike ride and needed car parking for the night before and safety for our bikes. We had to use the NCP parking in the centre of Brighton which cost us ﾣ24 and had to try squash our bikes into the car. There is limited car parking in front of the hotel and very pricey. It would have been nice to have free parking at the hotel and somewhere safe to lock up our bikes.

Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and the food was nice. The room was clean and pleasent. Although I think the fact you have to pay for parking should be warned to customers prior to booking

Further Comments: My room was on the top floor and the ceiling sloped because of the roof. I am 6ft 2 and therefore it was awkward because the room was so small. There was a very small shower in the corner and the toilet was separate, across the landing. Had I been staying for more than two days and/or had to pay for the room out of my own money I would have lodged a complaint.

Good Points: The accomodation was superb, the room was compact, but the staff were helpful and friendly
Bad Points: No parking, apart from expensive street parking, however helpful directions to a free car park.
Further Comments: overall i was very impressed. The location was excellent, the staff were excellent, the food was excellent. The room was compact but still very clean, and with everything that you need. My only minor issues would be that the room was very warm, and there was no parking so the street parking was very expensive. However the staff did direct me to a free car park, 20 minutes away, but we did not want to leave our car there. Overall-very good, I'd definitely go back.

Good Points: The owners were very friendly and there was a comfortable, informal atmosphere. The themed rooms were really great!
Further Comments: The hotel is really unique, the themed rooms are a great idea and whole house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel is set in a nice part of the town with a view of the pier from the front bedrooms. The service was efficient but also friendly and informal - we were given the front door key so that we could come and go as we wished. Lots of good restuarants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
