Good Points: it was clean &tidy the food was ok
Bad Points: not enuf entertainment and there was animals on the seats in the bar area. the second nite wen we got back at about 10.30 the bar was shut .we personally like to chill out wen we get back to our hotel but this was not an option.
Further Comments: this hotel needs a lot more effort from the owners, to encourage guests to stay there again. they were very nice people but thier interaction with guests was poor

Good Points: The room was clean and every thing was working.
Bad Points: The shower was not the best.
Further Comments: The hotel was good for it's money the staff do a very good job and will help as much as they can,I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Good Points: The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: Decor needs updating.
Further Comments: This hotel is the homeliest place I have stayed away from home. The food is gorgeous, hotel is squeaky clean and nothing is too much trouble. The owners are down to earth and so friendly I wanted to stay longer. We also got a FREE upgrade to a better room.

Good Points: The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Outweighing this was the attitude of all staff - extremely friendly
Bad Points: Decorative state, although I understand things are looking to be and are being improved. Lack of parking.
Further Comments: My stay at the hotel was a good one. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel more than welcome. The hotel was very clean and the food/drink (service included) was excellent. It was stated that there was a car park but I would have liked to have known exactly how many spaces.

Good Points: everything was clean and tidy and in working order.
Further Comments: hotel staff were friendly and helpful and very pleasent. Car parking wasnt a problem but in the main season i think it could sway customers away from the woodley. We had a lovely weekend in Blackpool and the hotel was excellently situated. Not right in the centre of blackpool but not to far away from good enertainment either. A very very pleasent hotel, and i would deffinatley return.

Good Points: They were warm and friendly people who made us feel like guests rather than customers
Bad Points: Shower was too hot for my liking and if you try to add a little cold...it all turned freezing
Further Comments: they are very pleasant people that run the hotel. Me and my friend stayed for the weekend, but only two tea bags!! But they quickly gave us plenty more....guess people steal what they can nowadays!! We would definately recommend and return, however the shower needs a better temperature control!

Good Points: the rooms are clean tidy and warm just what was needed on such a cold december night followed by a realy enjoyable breakfast..
Bad Points: would of been nice to of had a bigger shower and toliet room but we never we to blackpool to spend all our time in there so it was ok
Further Comments: clean hotel..nice owners..cute dog..and a fantastic weekend
