Good Points: Central location, clean, friendly and efficient service
Bad Points: Not all rooms have been refurbished so best to ask for a more modern room when making your reservation.

Good Points: Clean and fresh bedroom & bathroom.
Bad Points: Uncomfortable dining chairs at breakfast.
Further Comments: Excellent access to the city centre. A very clean and comfortable stay. Extremely stylish and modern interior but a shame the refurbishment is not more in keeping with the Georgian building.

Good Points: Very good for norwich city centre, shops etc. Breakfast & evening meal were good. Overall staff very friendly & helpfull.
Bad Points: Service on first morning at breakfast could have been better, made up for on second morning. Breakfast time of up to 9.30 could be changed to 10.00.

Good Points: Lovely room clean nicely decorated comfortable bed clean towels even though we only stayed two nights.
Bad Points: Second day of stay which was a saturday we had to help ourselves to breakfast and the saff could not fill the food containers quick enough to serve everybody but I have to say they were most helpful and polite
Further Comments: Nice hotel very clean nicely decorated. Nice clean room with tea and cofee faciliates.Breakfast was nicely cooked and served by helpful and pleasant staff and served in a very pleasant dining room.Hotel is also near town centre

Bad Points: Refurbishment being carried out, restaurant closed, heating in bedroom not working was moved to another room.
Further Comments: We had a lovely weekend and would like to stay again in the summer when all the refurbishment is completed. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Further Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay . It was a shame that the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment as the food is always of a high standard. Reception recommended the Mad Moose for an evening meal and the food was great.Despite the hotel restaurant being closed we were still served a beautiful breakfast.

Further Comments: I was disapointed not to have been informed the hotel was under renovation when booking my aacomodation. There was no dinner facilties which i was also not aware of until i arrived. I have stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed the close location to the city centre but i would not want to stay there again until the building work has been completed.

Good Points: Ground Floor. Clean and cosy...very pungent air freshener though?
Bad Points: No restaurant facilities available in the evening. Couldn't find a hairdryer?

Bad Points: I thought the quality did not match the cost
Further Comments: It was pleasant enough and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would liked to have know the buses that ran past the Hotel. I was not informed that refurbishment was in process, although this did not in anyway affect me. I would have preferred a more varied dinner menu.

Good Points: It was clean and tidy
Bad Points: It was in despaerate need of modernization - to be blunt it was like a retirement home
Further Comments: The hotel staff were very freindly, professional and welcoming. The food was very nice and worth the cost. However the hotel itself was very dated and in despaerate need of modernization.
