Good Points: Very comfy bed, large room, excellent sea view with balcony and very friendly and helpful staff.
Further Comments: This hotel provided a cot for our 21 month old daughter, a high chair for meals and is situated in a lovely antique village with no touristy tat in sight. A truly relaxing place with nothing corny or annoying in sight. The Old Foft pub down the road in Seaview serves a great lunch before your evening meal in the hotel.

Good Points: The Hotel was close to the Ferry terminal , seaviews as described .
Bad Points: The room was not quite what we had expected , was tired , in need of refurbishment .
Further Comments: It is nice to be able to book a hotel on line at last minute , Unfortunately we felt a bit let down on arrival as the pictures on the net looked very different to that of the real thing . Unless we have been recomended a hotel we dont always book over the net , we have very high standards , and this was not quite what we were used to . The Staff were friendly enough , but it needs bringing upto date , and making the most of what it can offer . The overview of the hotel on the website isn't quite what it appears to be . overall a very disappointed couple .

Bad Points: No bad points but minor attention to fixtures and fittings would make perfect. No lift.
Further Comments: Large airy room with bay window and sea view. En suite with jaccuzi bath plus separate shower. Ample double wardrobes. Some rooms have balcony. Rooms at rear overlook countryside. Not all rooms have jacuzzi or separate shower cubicle. No lift. Small south facing pleasant garden to rear with covered decking and seating. Relaxed friendly family run hotel. Ideal location to unwind away from the hustle and bustle but within easy driving distance of Towns, country walks, leisure amenities. Closest beach is not too good - sand/shingle and lots of seaweed but clean sandy beaches nearby. Yatch club and sailing nearby.
