Good Points: View of water outside, comfy beds
Bad Points: Had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working properly in first room!
Further Comments: For quite a few visits now over the past year this hotel has had double glazing problems in the restaurant. Most of the windows are fogged up inside between the glazing. It's a great pity because the view outside is nice and the misted up windows give a poor quality feel and the impression that management don't care much about maintenance, etc..

Good Points: Clean and well maintained, loverly views overlooking the lake.
| Further Comments: The staff are frendly and helpful. The hotel is situated very close to Peterborough shopping centre and Cathederal. The A1(M) is also very close so getting around to other attractions is easy.
Breakfast was not included in the price and a little on the expensive side. |

Further Comments: Having stayed here a few times, this was the smoothest visit so far, after having encountered minor problems each time before! All staff I met, especially the young man that checked me in, were very efficient and polite.Yes I would stay again, but please keep the housekeepers from walking in rooms at 8.30am and waking your guests!

Good Points: It was very clean, tidy and well presented
Bad Points: While adequate, the rooms were a little on the small size
Further Comments: Myself and other members of our family have stayed at the Ramada on a number of occasions for varying reasons, and often in large family groups, particularly when we had a large family re-union, numbering some40 or so people who all stayed with yourselves. The very fact that we keep returning ought to indicate our satisfaction with your services. However, I have one constant gripe and that is the quality of the breakfast which having been perfectly cooked, the breakfast items are then kept in bain marie's which barely keep the items warm, culminating in scrambled eggs having the consistency of rubber, and all items just lukewarm. As much as I really enjoy a good English breakfast, it has to be hot & cooked to order. I don't think I'll avail myself of such breakfasts in the future
