Good Points: The accommodation was very clean. The food was to a high standard. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Will definately be recommending the hotel to others.
Bad Points: it would have been nice to have had music facilities in the room, i'e a radio or music channel on sky.

Further Comments: Breakfast was lovely, room was fine, but had been smoked in- request was for a non smoking room - evening meal limited choice - otherwise the hotel was fine, staff were lovely.

Bad Points: The shower was a bath/shower which could have been better as the water varied from warm to cold even after altering it to the right temperature.
Further Comments: The hotel is very close to the town centre, no more than a 10 minute walk. The room was OK for one night. If we had been staying for several days the shower would have been a problem. Although there were outside buiding works taking place no work was taking place on the Friday/Saturday of our stay. The staff were very helpful. The outside of the hotel is starting to to have seen better days but the inside was comfortable. For the price paid this was a very reasonable hotel.

Good Points: Polite friendly staff from reception, bar and dining room, well done
Bad Points: litter on the stairs, leaking bath, noisy central heating (air in radiators all night)

Good Points: Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and functional
Bad Points: The food was terrible. Must be the worst hotel food I experienced.
Further Comments: Good hotel if you want cheap and functional accommodation without any fuss. The food is not worth the cost and must be the worst hotel food I experienced, better off with the KFC around the corner. Nevertheless, overall it delivered what was required, good cheap accommodation.

Further Comments: The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. They even came out to the car to carry our bags in. The room was well decorated and very clean. I would recommend this hotel again but only if you intended to eat out and not in the hotel.

Good Points: proche de la gare.
Bad Points: En manque de dentifrice,je pensais en trouver ￃﾠ l'hￃﾴtel.Mais ils n'ont pas pu me rendre service.Important d'avoir en urgence ces petits dￃﾩtails que tout le monde ￃﾠ besoin pour la nuit.rasoir,savon,shampoing,dentifrice,brosse ￃﾠ dent .un petit kit ￃﾠ disposition si nￃﾩcessaire aurait ￃﾩtￃﾩ fantastique.Que j'ai eu dans un autre hotel ￃﾠ ma disposition si nￃﾩcessaire.
Further Comments: Ce qui est important aussi,c'est oￃﾹ est situￃﾩ l'hotel,centre ville et ￃﾠ quelle distance il se trouve du centre,que j'ai eu.Mais aussi si c'est dans une rue trￃﾩs passante,bruyante ou autre,qui aurait ￃﾩtait ,un plus.
