Good Points: The hotel was nice and clean
Bad Points: The working order of the facilities and lack of available staff when required
Further Comments: When i checked in there was nobody on reception and i had to wait half an hour for a member of staff despite ringing the bell several times. The TV remote had no batteries in it and the trouser press did not work. The bathroom facilities were good but the window was a bit hard to operate!

Further Comments: The hotel and it's staff were warm and friendly. The food was extremely well cooked and presentable. The only one negative comment we can make is that on the Wednesday night

Further Comments: i think this hotel was great value for money and ideal location to the nec i would consider staying hee again next year

Bad Points: not as child-friendly as the advert suggested - lack of high chairs, all bars very smoky and not open to children in teh evening
