Bad Points: the bed was hard and noisy the breakfast time was disgracful over lot of money for this kind of hotel

Good Points: Basic, but clean and tidy and recently decorated
Bad Points: View of brick wall from window.
Further Comments: Very pleasant stay, friendly propritor & made a vegetarian breakfast for us. Would recommend it to anyone who juts requires a basic and pleasant B&B.

Further Comments: the room was on the top floor this was not stated in the booking the breakfast room has a lot of tables in and you could not get seated as as not enough space to get in .

Further Comments: Had to ask for the central heating to be put on very very cold. Breakfast menu not explained properly ordered bacon and egg, thinking full english, got egg and 2 small rashers nothing else on the plate. Room small on suite very small, if a large person stopped in that room No 1 They couldn't possibly get in that shower room.

Good Points: Fairly central but quiet surroundings.
Bad Points: Room was quite small.
Further Comments: Our stay was quite short and on the whole it was adequate for our needs. The full breakfast was excellent and there was a choice too.

Bad Points: Expected more for the ￂﾣ98/night in the hotel in terms of facilities, etc. Big disappointment.
Further Comments: The stay for ￂﾣ98 is not worth it. Would have been better if the hotel was rated and all facilities listed out clearly. I am disappointed that to see that the quality is not there for the price paid.

Further Comments: overall good hotel. breakfast was very good. room and bathroom a bit too small, but clean. very good location close to Peasholme Park. i will definitely consider staying here again!!

Good Points: the hotel had recently been refurbished and was in good state of repair
Bad Points: car parking can be a bit of a pain, as scarborough runs a disc zone near the hotel
Further Comments: the hotel owners were very friendly, it was a pleasant hotel which had recently been refurbished to a good standard, the room although small was clean and tidy, the breakfast was excellent, overall a nice friendly hotel

Good Points: Clean rooms, lovely breakfast, exceptionally comfortable bed!
Bad Points: Nothing really - only problem was the lightbulb didn't work in our bathroom but that was the only problem we had!
Further Comments: Would highly recommend this B&B, will definitely book there again.

Further Comments: A friendly welcoming hotel happy to accomodate young families and veteran travellers alike. Excelent service and very helpful with local knowledge and advice on tourist attractions.

Good Points: everything the owners were very pleasant

Further Comments: I was treated like one of the family, the breakfast and evening meal were fantastic, accomodation was lovely me and my daughter had a fantastic time there, and would strongly recomend it as a great place to stay.

Bad Points: When entering the accomodatiom there was a smell of damp and it was not pleasent.
Further Comments: No infomation was given about street parking as there is a strict parking system in force. I would not recommend this hotel. I travel a great deal and the accomodation was not up to standard.

Good Points: Welcoming proprieters. Handy location for both North and South bay,main shopping and park.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the proprieters. They were welcoming and helpful. The rooms,although small, were well equipped with hairdryers and ironing equipment(very useful when you've had your clothes stuffed in a pannier of a motorbike!) Nice pillows too...not ones that disappear when you put your head on them. Great breakfast, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes,excellent.

Good Points: Comfy beds with duvets. Well equipped rooms with iron, hairdryer, colour television and tea/coffee. En-suite.

Further Comments: Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Good positon close to park and buses.
