Good Points: It had a sea view.
Bad Points: Noisiness.
Further Comments: Hotel was noisy from other guests returning in the afternoon, tried to get an out of town hotel to avoid this. Hotel room was clean and basic, however the telephone system didn,t work. Staff were nice and freindly and the food was fine.

Good Points: The room was excellent value for money and the service brilliant
Bad Points: The room part of my group stayed in did not have a shower; only shower taps.
Further Comments: The accomodation was great value for money with good facilities and friendly service.

Further Comments: Room was very clean and well equiped. Restaurant and breakfast were very good. Overall I would not have been complaining had the rate been double what it was.

Good Points: Overall very good value for money, good location on the seafront but away from the crowds.
Further Comments: For the money we paid the facilities were excellent including an indoor pool. Staff were friendly, food was excellent. Location was first class being on the seafront but away from the crowds, with a tram stop right outside.

Good Points: The accommodation is very tidy and clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
Bad Points: No problems with anything.
Further Comments: The restraunt area is very clean and tidy well presented. The staff are very friendly and are very helpful with any queries we had. The swimming pool is very warm and relaxing to swim in. The lounge had an excellent view of the prom and with a tram stop outside we were able to get to any of the attractions without any problems. Overall the hotel is excellent looking forward to going again.

The swimming pool is very warm and relaxing to swim in. The lounge had an excellent view of the prom and with a tram stop outside we were able to get to any of the attractions without any problems. Good Points: The staff were very friendly. Although we arrived early on the first day they let us book into our room without any problem. The hotel was convienient for Blackpool front -only 10 minute walk from fair.
Bad Points: The hotel was clean but we thought it needed some tender loving care. it needed decorating and bringing up to date. The shower in our room had no water pressure and struggled to keep going.
Further Comments: Although we enjoyed our 2 night stay we thought it was a little bit pricy ﾣ180 for 2 nights b&b. The hotel is very old fashioned and the breakfast small, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg & 1/2 a tomato. Enough for a child but not for an adult. The room we had was looking over the back of the hote

The room we had was looking over the back of the hotel(we had requested a seaview)and was adequate - a double bed, 2 chairs,a wardrobe and drawers. we had a bathroom. Very unusual to have blankets on the bed - usually you get a duvet these days.

Bad Points: Could use a lick of paint, Full english breakfast does not consist of 1egg, 1 sausage, 1 rasher bacon and one slice of tomato and the ceiling fan in our room was defective, so was very very hot.
Further Comments: Staff were polite and curteous and the hotel is well positioned within Blackpool. The Hotel is obviously geared towards the more mature market

Further Comments: Staff were polite and curteous and the hotel is well positioned within Blackpool. The Hotel is obviously geared towards the more mature market (50+), and although this is not a problem, we should have liked to know this before we booked. Generally, the hotel was adequate, but we feel it was a touch on the expensive side given the wealth and standard of choice available in the immediate area.
