| Good Points: Good clean room, warm, great view of seafront. |
| Bad Points: Located opposite a staff room, got woken up several times in the night by banging doors, especially the fire door which was banging with the wind. |
| Further Comments: The room was great, but the location was not.
Staff accommodation should be separate from paying customers. I know that staff get drunk after a long days shift and hence do not give much regard to others. |

| Further Comments: Enjoyed it bar the nosie from the plumbing. Also for breakfast they had no beans on one of the mornings - not very clever really. |

| Further Comments: the staff were very helpful and nothing was 2 much trouble for them i havnt stayed in this hotel before in all the times iv been to blackpool but now if theres room i wont go anywhere else a crackin hotel |
