Good Points: Good location for illuminations, off road parking useful.
Bad Points: Tea and coffee facilities could be improved, tea bags were damp and no coffee provided. TV on wall is a good space saving idea but does really require a remote control.
Further Comments: This hotel offers a basic service but is not somewhere I would wish to spend more than a weekend in. There is minimal room for manoeuvre in the family room we stayed in and the stairs are very steep and narrow. There was no apparent lift so anyone with mobility difficulties would be well advised not to book here.

Good Points: A bit small , but clean
Bad Points: Get sky tv ,and try to be more welcomeing to guests on arrival
Further Comments: I really enjoyed my stay , the couple who ran it were really freindly, the wife more so , she was really good at breakfast time ,she made us both laugh. You could tell that some of the other guests were not enjoying their stay as much,but i thought the couple who ran it tryed really hard to please everyone.Parking was a bit of a pain but its the same in all the hotels on the sea front.

Further Comments: I would of liked to have know the condition of this hotel before booking. For an extra ﾣ50 I could have had a room at a far better hotel that would be cleaner and would have had proper facilities that worked.

Good Points: to be honest the main reception area was done to a good standard but when we got to our room we were very disappointed with the appearance of it, as it did not reflect the appearance of the main reception and certainly not the price in which we paid.there were dirty tea bags left in our room and the bed sheets did not look to good either. this is faulty towers the only thing missing is manwell.
Bad Points: get manwell

Good Points: The location of the hotel was ideal for access to the Pleasure Beach and the Promenade. The staff were also very friendly and efficient.
Further Comments: Overall our stay at the hotel was ok. The staff were very welcoming and were willing to accomodate our needs. The only problem I had with the room was that I had booked a double room, only to find that the double bed was infact two singles pushed together.

Good Points: Parking, Quiet area of Blackpool, Sea View room.
Bad Points: Rooms are on the small side and if enlarged to a better standard, would attract more customers. It is understandable with the competitive nature of this type of business to have as many rooms as possible, but considering the time of year - June 17th - there were only 3 rooms occupied with 6 guests.
Further Comments: When checking in I was given the option to change from a standard room to a ensuite and sea view room. As we were the only guests staying here we obviously took the option. There is no option on the Active site to choose what type of room you require, it defaults to standard room only.

Further Comments: Good location and friendly staff,the hotel was clean,but the room we stayed in was very small, the bed was very uncomfortable and not a standard double it was more like a three quater bed ,i dont think it was worth the ﾣ70 overnight stay.But overall at least it was clean.

Good Points: Staff very friendly,good breakfast,excellent location,easy to find.
Bad Points: Bedroom too small,very over-priced,best described as b n b not hotel.
Further Comments: Extremely friendly staff but considered it way overpriced for the size and quality of the room.Would definately consider it better descibed as large bed and breakfast rather than hotel.Car parking was ok,booking in and checking out very efficient and location was excellent being near Pleasure Beach and a Tram Stop.Bedrooms need updating and ensuite was very dated.
