Good Points: Everything was ok, the localisation, the room, the staff. Nothing to say.
Bad Points: Breakfast. Coffee was terrible and the Lady serving wasn't very sympathetic.

Good Points: Couldn't have been more central for Glasgow, perfect location.
Bad Points: The hotel has seen better days and is looking tired and needs investment. Although bedding and room were spotlessly clean.
Further Comments: As above good for location if not spending time in the hotel. Breakfast good with lots of choice.

Further Comments: Our room was clean and extremely good value for money considering we had internet access and that breakfast was included. We have booked the same hotel again for January and February.

Further Comments: Room was clean but bathroom needed updating a bit (particularly grouting around bath)but otherwise room was fine.

Good Points: Very little but staff at reception were quite helpful.
Bad Points: General poor standard of interior + service.
Further Comments: Room basic but just adequate, bed linen clean, no safe or hairdryer, temperature in room uncontrollable (high temperature even with radiators off), no toothbrush glass, poor level of decoration in room + public areas. Breakfast unbelievably greasy + little choice, very poor coffee, staff inadequate, had to ask for plates, milk etc.,etc.

Bad Points: was a wee bit run down and if you stayed at front of hotel it was very noisy, could do with double glazing.
Further Comments: Hotel was in a great location but needs a refurbish. Breakfast was good though second day had to wait while more items where cooked. Room was ok but ours was at back of hotel while friends of ours was at front and they said it was very noisy. Could be a great hotel it just needs a wee bit of TLC.

Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay at the Buchanan Hotel. The location was very central and so very good value for money. I found the staff to be very efficient and helpful. My only criticism is that the decor is very dated. A bit of an overhaul is needed!
