Good Points: The room is beautiful and being able to watch the ocean is breathtaking.
Further Comments: We needed a 6am wakeup call to get to our plane on time. Your evening desk person put us in his personal phone and made sure we got out wake up call at 6am and a reminder - personally from him a 6:10. Great service. In Oxford - we never got our cll and missed our train - your hotel made sure that didn't happen. Thank You

Good Points: it was a nice clean modern hotel.
Bad Points: we didnt get to sleep as our rooms were right at he back of the hotel and above and next to pubs and clubs without double glazed windows. i think this lets the hotel down a great deal we were quite dissapointed as it was such a nice hotel and that lets it down.

Good Points: Hotel was in a great location close to everything. We stayed in a sea view room well worth the extra money.
Bad Points: Thought it was a tad expensive, the room rate didnt buy any food or drink in the hotel so not sure what the prices were for that.
Further Comments: Over all we had a great stay everything was good we had our towels changed and maids in everyday. Breakfast was good and so was the indoor pool. Would recommend this hotel and would return again.

Bad Points: Exceesive noise from other guests and traffic.
Further Comments: The central heating didnt work. The hotel was noisey at night from other guests and traffic. The staff were though very helpful and polite and a 75% refund was given.

Bad Points: the road on the seafront was very noisy all night
Further Comments: Good hotel, needs a bit of updating but appreciated the upgrade, and enjoyed using the leisure facility. Would like to have been warned how noisy the area was at night as it was difficult to sleep

Bad Points: Refurbishment of a poor standard.
Further Comments: The hotel wedsite gave a good description of the hotel but the photos were misleading. The standard of the refurbishment is poor and the decor has been cheaply done and alot of the fixtures of fittings do not compliment each other. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant as well as the staff in the restaurant. The english breakfast was excellent.

Good Points: Friendly staff, good facilities, good bathroom and good bedding
Bad Points: the windows could do with a clean, it made the whole room look dirty when in fact it wasn't. The noise levels were also bad I know it is not your fault but the noise in the street was terrible especially when the clubs finished - would double glazing help.
Further Comments: Nothing could have been done differently

Good Points: Fabulous, huge room with excellent views of sea and pier. Nicely furnished family room.
Bad Points: Poor quality of fittings in bathroom, cheap bath and cheap floor tiling; no space other than behind loo to put toiletries. Taps and sink surround not clean.

Good Points: Nice big room with good facilities.
Bad Points: There was no hot water for a shower when we arrived.
Further Comments: The accomodation was very spacious and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.The hot water didn't come on during the day and It would have been nice to have had a shower when we arrived as we were hot and uncomfortable from travelling and had to get ready to go out to our daughters graduation that afternoon. On the whole it was excellent value for money.
