Good Points: Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Clean and well-functioning room. The entertainment from watching the arrivals for a school prom!!

Good Points: Good location.
Bad Points: Food,including remnants of a curry,plus empty bottles were left in a hallway for over an hour,then all moved to the landing for some?time time
Further Comments: Anticipating that there would be Christmas parties during our stay we booked on line requesting a quiete room with view,if poss. We were given the noisiest room directly over the main entrance where the racket made by smokers,revellers and the banging of taxi doors was incessant,and as for the view............!The room that we were allocated should have been for the partygoers.

Good Points: Clean & modern room with a comfortable,roomy bed. good shower and nice towels.
Bad Points: Not very well signposted on some confusing roads.
Further Comments: we booked this hotel to be near family we were meeting. Itlooked bright and modern on the website and we were not disappointed when we got there. All the staff were friendly & efficient. The room was very good with a huge bed and lovely white bedding and towels. We ate in the resturant that evening and the food and service was excellant, at a good price. The hotel is a bit out of the way from anywhere but that was ok for us as the next evening we were collected by relatives to eat out. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable base.

Further Comments: My wife and I were celebrating our 60th Diamond wedding anniversary and had booked a suite for the event, the whole process from booking to the actual event was professional and the staff were a credit to the hotel. The quality of food provided and the service was first class, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value for money with quality. Thank you for you part in making our 60th Wedding Anniversary a special day Jim & Pauline Bacon

Good Points: Good location in respect of travelling and access to city centre. Hotel was very clean and tidy overall with efficient staff. Very good impression overall.
Bad Points: Although 1 booked 2 rooms at the same time over the interet, the rooms allocated were quite far apart. However, on mentioning this to Reception, one room was changed to be opposite the other, which was great.
Further Comments: Stay overall was very good - rooms were very clean and catered for our needs. The restaurant offered a good choice of menu and service was quick. The breakfast the next morning offered lots of variety and the staff made sure there were no empty dishes to choose from.

Good Points: Cleanliness, lighting and powerful shower. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Bad Points: A lack of air conditioning and failure of the heating system to work, (even though the roomcard was in the slot)meant that myself and my partner woke up in a cold and damp room. The windows were dripping with condensation.

Good Points: Good facilities at a fair rate. Use of a coffee machine for breakfast meant consistent good quality unlike many other hotels, often more expensive!

Good Points: The hotel was easily assessible to most of the areas of Peterboro we wanted to visit.
Bad Points: The breakfast in the morning was a bit of a shambles. They had run out of cups, glasses etc and it was a bit of an effort to actually have a quiet breakfast
