Good Points: Location very nice
Bad Points: not much to dislike
Further Comments: Myself and a collegue were on an overnight visit we had to visit our local depot in Inverness one of these visits had to be done in the evening when we returned to the hotel we found we had been locked out and the bar closed at about 2300hrs which was a bit dissappointing

Good Points: Clean, lots of space.
Further Comments: Both at dinner and breakfast, no-one to greet guests when they entered dining room. Staff looked bored and disinterested. Evening meal (sea bass) excellent but, at breakfast, toast brought as soon as I sat down (why??) and half of cooked breakfast was stone cold on arrival, making it inedible. Standard of coffee in the dining room was abysmal. If it wasn't instant it certainly tasted like it. Staff at reception were generally helpful. However, when they asked me on checking out if everything had been fine, I voiced my complaints about the food and coffee. No response - so why bother asking me in the first place?

Good Points: the location was good, right on the bank of the river ness
Bad Points: The noise was horendous with entertainment sounding as though it was in the guest rooms.The restaurant was extremely expensive(steak ￃﾂￂﾣ17 and the vergae starter at ￃﾂￂﾣ5.50). The rooms were extremely small, in fact the smallest I have been in this year and I stay in hotels every week. I left something behind at the hotel and phoned to ask if they had found the item and was promised a phone call back within the hour. 24 hours later I am still waiting!!!lastly the service was poor as it gets
Further Comments: We toured scotland staying at some lovely hotels along the way. This was not one of the better ones but it could have been. 1. Restuarant 5* star prices, extremely poor value. 2. Staff poorly trained. 3. Noise levels in guest quaters. 4. Rooms small with only a shower, no baths

Further Comments: Well decorated rooms which looked fresh and clean, pleasant location over looking the River Ness. Good food in the restaurant and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Further Comments: I have stayed at this hotel before and when I am in Inverness next time I will certainly book here again. I cannot fault the accommodation or the staff.

Bad Points: The hotel had functions on which is fine but not when the service to paying hotel guests seriously diminishes! Eg waiting over and hour for dinner and eventually being so late that my artner and i had to go elsewhere

Good Points: we liked the way the room was checked and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc daily. The staff were friendly,polite,very efficient and attended to any request immediately. nothing was to much trouble for them they made the stay very enjoyable we will definately return here again.

Further Comments: Lovely location. Ample off road parking. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent food, and good service. Would certainly like to go back!
