Good Points: The use of the Pool and gym. The oak room was relaxing and nice for a drink
Bad Points: The alternative restaurant was not as expected in that it was limited on choice for ᆪ17 a head, where the al a carte was ᆪ20 a head plus coffee. Next time if I stay I will eat in the al a carte, but noted that tables were not laid to attract single eaters on business - more laid out for 4 - 8 people
Further Comments: I enjoyed the stay at a good rate and comfortable surroundings.

Good Points: Nice, unique room with plenty of space. Beautiful building and grounds.
Bad Points: Ensuite bathroom was old and poorly specified.
Further Comments: Having stayed at the hotel before I knew that the online room rate was good value for the quality of accommodation. While the facilities were listed I am not sure I would have appreciated this from the website and would recommend as much visual imagery as possible.

Further Comments: The rooms booked were on behalf of business associates. They had such a pleasent stay i have re-booked rooms for their next visit. They have stayed in several hotels in the area and this was the best by far.

Good Points: Use of all the healthspa facilities situated on site and breakfast on help yourself basis.
Bad Points: Having to check out at 11am, later would have been easier with our arrangements.
Further Comments: I would definately recommend the Moor Hall to friends and family and would like to stay there again. It was quite expensive for just a standard double room, but having the use of all the health and spa facilities and the added surprise of self service at breakfast it softened the blow. If there was membership at an identical Hotel nearer to home in Kent I would definately join, as we found the swimming pool, spa and gym to be exactly to our taste. I would have liked to know little extras before i booked e.g opening times of the pool and the cost of treatments and room service, that would have helped me plan my stay better. Otherwise it was just what we expected and hoped for!
