Good Points: The hotels situation and views
Bad Points: The guests in the next room had children who were obviously staying in a separate room .They seemed to be going backwards and forwards all night and kept us awake.If there was one fault it would be the thinness of the walls

Good Points: The size was perfect,the room looked pretty new and clean.I had no hassle atall.The breakfast was excellant.Not having to checkout till 12.00 a major plus as it gave us time to chill and have breakfast and one of the reasons i booked you.
Bad Points: Nothing really although ￃﾂￂﾣ5 for car park raised my eyebrows a bit.
Further Comments: This was a suprise for someone and was a perfect end to a good night.She loved it and i want to thankyou for helping me make that happen.Also i thought the price was reasonable for what i thought was a quite upmarket looking room if you know what i mean.So i would say our stay was excellent.

Good Points: The size was perfect,the room looked pretty new and clean.I had no hassle atall.The breakfast was excellant.Not having to checkout till 12.00 a major plus as it gave us time to chill and have breakfast and one of the reasons i booked you.

Good Points: The hotel is in an excellant location,staff were friendly and helpful. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were very good.
Bad Points: Having to pay for the car park I think is a bit expensive at ￃﾂￂﾣ5 for 24 hours. Parking should be free.

Good Points: The room was large, comfortable , clean and had all we needed.
Bad Points: The priority club check in had a nice little rug and a rope to separate it, but alas the staff took this as an opportunity to ignore you. The breakfast staff were surly, Reception were training and not really interested.
Further Comments: The hotel has an interesting location, with fantastic views of the regenarated clyde and taxis at the ready to take you to the city centre in 5 mins.You can park your car safely for a fiver a night and walk into the city if the weathers good (20 mins). If you book this hotel ask for a room on as high a floor as possible (and remind the check in staff)for the fantastic views. Lovely pool with friendly leisure staff.Big rooms with nice decor and comfy beds.Check in team disapointing.

Good Points: The proximity to SECC
Bad Points: I didnt have my Priority Card to hand and the Receptionist was unable credit my points.

Good Points: close to the secc centre
Bad Points: we could hear the noise of the lifts in our room
Further Comments: overall the hotel was lovely no complaints except where my room was beside the lifts but then again iam a light sleeper

Good Points: I liked the poximity to the SECC where we were attending a concert.
Bad Points: The slowness of staff to take orders and clear tables at meals. The buffet was not warm enough.
Further Comments: Our general opinion of this hotel is that the location is great, easy access to the city centre by train or taxi, could even walk but a bit of a hike. The City Sightseeing tour bus stops just outside the SECC, which the staff of the hotel did not seem to be aware of and which we found quite handy as ￂﾣ9 ticket lasts for 2 days, ideal for weekend. The room was execellent, great views of the city and river. The pool/spa facilities were great, not very big but it was not busy during our stay and was fine for us. The only let down was the service in the restaurant. Slow to take orders, food from the buffet breakfast and evening meal was luke warm. They were slow to replenish items that had run out so you either had to do without or trek back again to see if the item had been topped up. We ended up having to stack our dirty dishes on the end of our table when we went for our next course as the table staff were not very attentive. The A'La Carte meal we had was excellent, but again slowness of staff a problem. Everyone was very friendly and it would appear that the only thing lacking was someone taking control and organising them a bit better.
